Puppy-safe bubbly, of course😂 We needed something special for Waffles to toast the New Year with me, and since I can't have alcohol, and neither can Waffles, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to use my mixology skills and create a new cocktail to give us that fizzy zing😋🐶💕🐾🐾 What kind of juice do you think we used as a base?
