Hello! Sorry for the lack of updates the past 3 days! Been a stressful week with family and life stuff. My fam kinda got “scammed” by a relative, and ive been dealing with the transactions.A series of frustrations ended up crying for 3 days straight and just shut down. Posting to show im still alive xD it seems god is testing his strongest soldiers for the holy week 😩 at least the cake makes me happy ✨ I hope you’re all having a great weekend and break!

Kaizen update! Excuse my unfiltered face after waking up lol its to show my actual unedited body I keep saying im in a fitness program called Kaizen from the lazy lifter. Its a 100 day challenge where i do calorie tracking, workouts, and have daily step and protein goals. Which is why i always post protein stuff. I have accountability groups and weekly lessons too. So far im in day 52 and lost 2kg! I take progress photos every sunday and here’s the latest update! This is actually very sensitive for me to share since most content creators show their best selves on socmed and rarely the ugly unfiltered ones. im shy to show it but also i feel like u guys are part of my journey and supporting me here so i want to show my progress for accountability too! On april, im entering hell month where ill really lower calories week by week in what we call 5 week “cut sagad” challenge. At the final 3-4 weeks ill only be eating 900 to 700 calories a day hahahhuhuh idk how ill live but wish me great in this journey! Ill try to keep working hard for that beach bod on May. I cant wait to show u guys the results of my efforts 👀

Taking a hibernation break from a tiring climb. I thought it was gonna be a chill climb bec of the low difficulty lvl 3/9. In the end it wasnt bec it rained the entire time and the winds were so strong, everyone was freezing cold at the top. We started at 1am and it was already raining cold. I was already wearing 2 gloves, 3 layers of clothes, 2 pants, it did not do sht. I could not feel my fingers anymore. We were so sleepy and tired at the top by 6am. People were desperately trying to hide in bushes for a bit of cover. Haha wild. Things only got better when we got down and the sun came up. We didnt see the sea of clouds that we went for bec it was raining. That means we need to try again some other time 😂 oh well im not the luckiest person.
