Inspired by the art, I decided that in the next few days, I'll finish this piece (which I've put off for so long), edit the photos, and prepare the final video.

I'm back... from the club? A party? Well, not exactly... from a festive Halloween aerial hoop training! :)
Here's how it went down.
Everyone prepared their Halloween costumes, we decked out the gym with thematic decorations, turned on a spooky greenish light, and set up a fitting spooky playlist... Full-on Halloween vibes! 🎃
Overall, it wasn't just a training, it was more like a showcase of what we've already mastered. We prepared for this evening for a long time, rehearsed our routines... and today we finally executed everything smoothly and even made a videos.
There are lots of videos, and plenty of photos too. I'm not sure when I'll get around to sorting through it all, but for now, I'll share a little snippet of my solo routine as a teaser.

A kind tale about a witch, soft lo-fi beats in the background, a cozy blanket... Some kind of Halloween vibes. I'm learning to romanticize my life in the best sense of the word and sometimes allow myself to relax like this, peacefully and in solitude.
I regret a bit that I usually bury myself in work and tasks and don't find time for regular reading like before. Tonight reminded me again that reading is cool. I now have the desire to try getting back into it. Who knows, it might work out? I still have a book in a foreign language that I'm eager to dive into...

I'm finally starting to post holiday content!
Originally, I had a different plan for Halloween, but my idea was so abstract that I couldn't bring it to life. I bought materials, made a few attempts to create something interesting, but it just didn't work out. It felt like I either couldn't execute my vision because I didn't quite understand how to do it, or I felt like I didn't have enough energy for making photos :<
Failures happen, and in reality, they're just part of gaining experience. It's important not to get disheartened, just stand up and keep moving forward.
As for what I ended up with... I only bought the hat, and the other costume elements just happened to be in my wardrobe.

This is the first time I'm writing something like this... I just thought that if my image isn't a cosplay of a well-known character, there's a point in "introducing" the viewer to who they see. A description or a little story. It seems much more engaging this way.

So, I’m back to counting calories.
I couldn't figure out what to do with my eating habits for a while, and I settled on this decision. Maybe it'll give me some peace of mind now. If not, well, at least I'm giving it a try. It used to help in the past.
Also, I realized that I've hardly ever talked about my eating habits on social media. It's been quite a sensitive topic for me for several years (like around 7 years), so maybe I thought, "It's easier to just not talk about it," you know?
Maybe that's true.
On the other hand, I'm circling back to the idea of "showing my real self," and I realize that continuing to keep this to myself wouldn't be quite right.
So... I've decided to share a bit about it here. Yes, there are times when I'm living peacefully and believing there are no problems, but it's all cyclical, and I end up back in a state I tried to escape.

Recently, I made a video using a red lamp, and I think it created a nice atmosphere.
During that evening, I was feeling a bit sad and kind of lazy, like how you feel in autumn. I couldn't bring myself to do anything for a long time... But then I thought, why not turn on the lamp? It would give the room a cozy feel. And with the lamp on, I got the idea for the video. The song matched my mood at the time. And of course, while I was recording and editing, I started feeling better. I got distracted and cheered up❤️
