Tiny arm pump this morning. Will probably need to start incorporating a dedicated arm day in the mix. I’m regaining strength and worked out my back pretty good, but my arms were spaghetti by the end and I couldn’t do much of a bicep curl. 😂

What’s up? Just a little update on the gym stuff. Slowly getting my strength back, arms are starting to grow, shoulders could use a little more work, and weight has gone down a ton. I think I’m going to keep this up for a bit and then do a bulk. Also I suck at taking pictures. 😂

Hmm 🤔 I’m not sure what to do. Should I take advantage of the fact that I’m already pretty slim to shed as much body fat % and then bulk? Or should I just wing it and see where I’m at in 3 months? While I’d like to get bigger I also don’t want to have a pregnant looking belly. Lol.

Hey guys! Just a little quick update. I’ve been extremely busy this week with work covering my coworker who’s out on vacation so I haven’t been as active.
