Recently, I've been incredibly embarrassed posting content as I now have come to find out a bacteria on my skin has been growing rapidly, and was clueless to what it even was, let alone that something like that was even possible. But, it turns out this bacteria is super common in the tropics/ocean. So, I finally sought medical treatment, and turns out just some Selsen Blue shampoo (or Head & Shoulders) rubbed on the area for 2-3 minutes per day will take care of it and make it go away in a few weeks.
So... it's gonna be there for a while, but I'm on the road to recovery.
I was really freaking out for a while as I had NO IDEA what was going on and very self-conscious. So thanks for supporting that mental health journey and finally allowing me to come to terms it isn't permanent.
I am really loving my physique currently. I am squatting heavier than ever (455 lbs hit this weekend), benching heavier than ever (385 hit this weekend), and deadlifting heavier than ever (475 lbs hit last week).
I am rigorous on my diet and my sleep, 90% highly-clean, good-quality food, which you guys help me with with your generous support, as well as minimum 7 hours of sleep/night.
It's good to have such incredible size and leanness; it's incredible what the human body is capable of.

I may not have the answers, but I want you to ALWAYS question your beliefs, and to get radical about them, and to realize the distinct coordination between our perceptions and our individual realities.
