In December I was diagnosed with prediabetes, insulin resistance and vitamin D deficiency, I was affected and sad for several days since the worst of all is that my condition was due to the fact that I inherited it Genetically, since in itself I eat very little and I cannot eat like normal people since dairy products, grease or seasoned food My body does not process it well and that also includes coffee, therefore since December I began to follow a treatment that would help me to be better and to lose weight, however this entails discipline in many ways..However, this has not stopped me from loving my curvy body , My goal this year is to loose weight look like I was in Venezuela. En diciembre me diagnosticaron prediabetes, resistencia a la insulina y deficiencia de vitamina D, estuve varios días afectado y triste ya que lo peor de todo es que mi padecimiento se debía a que lo heredé genéticamente, ya que de por sí como muy poco. y no puedo comer como la gente normal ya que los lácteos, la grasa o los alimentos sazonados mi cuerpo no los procesa bien y eso incluye también el café, por lo tanto desde diciembre comencé a seguir un tratamiento que me ayudaría a estar mejor y a bajar de peso, sin embargo esto implica disciplina de muchas maneras... Sin embargo, esto no me ha impedido amar mi cuerpo curvy y que una de mis metas este año es adelgazar para verme como estaba en Venezuela .

Good 🌅 Morning 💖 my beautiful creatures these days I've been sick but yesterday I woke up much better and to raise my spirits and self-esteem I've wanted to take a few photos in the house with some natural style without wearing a bra without wearing panties without so many complications... as possible the only thing is I put on was my dress, a bit of lipstick and blush and just with that so I took some photos also as an experiment and I really liked the result Buenos días mi criaturas💖 hermosas 🌅 estos días eh estado enferma más sin embargo Ayer me sentí un poquito mejor y aproveché esta oportunidad y para elevar un poco mi autoestima y sentirme más animada y me quise tomar varias fotos hechas en casa con un estilo más natural , lease sin sostén sin pantis solo poniéndome mi vestido colocándome un poquito de labial , colorete y sin tantas complicaciones y solo con ello me tomé las fotos y puedo decir que me gusta mucho el resultado
