As most of you know, I've been actively working on my mental health and seeking for that, Having completed several types of therapy by now. However they have proven to not be as effective as hoped. Therefore I, together with my psychiatrist, applied for an even intenser, year long program. This is a group therapy, where you are admitted during the week, but get to go home on weekends. Outside of therapy hours (9-5 mon-fri) it's considered spare/free time as well. I will be joining the group on Tuesday the 21st of March. I will do my best to make this barely noticeable for you guys! But especially in the first 2 weeks I will need to find a routine that works for me. This will mainly affects dm's. As I have less time throughout the day to read or reply to messages. This will NOT affect my uploading schedule or content! I am allowed to 'work' / make content in my spare time, and also have weekends to do so. (Yes, they are aware of what I do) So I hope you won't actually notice anything from this, aside from a change in location every now and then. I did however feel like I should let you guys know about what's going on behind the scenes. That is all! Thank you for taking the time to read my little update thingy! Have a wonderful positive day~💕
