Ok so the fancy Dr words mean that I have bone spurs on top of the osteoarthritis in my feet. The plantars faciitis is better after cortisone shot and will be doing PT on my feet after PT on my hips. Ugh! Good news is they are thinking right now fibromyalgia and I am on meds for the osteoarthritis which is starting to help. It takes 2 weeks to feel full effects. Still don’t know what the rash and dizziness stems from but stress triggers the rash and dizziness as well as pain. So far no nausea or vomiting and dizziness for a week so hoping that was just a fluke. Will be trying to get somewhere with internet this week to upload some more full length videos!

Rheumatologist/immunologist has been moved to Monday at 3:20pm. I am going to try to get some more videos uploaded full length when I can this week. I have not been released for work due to the issues hoping that gets resolved soon. My heart is great! (Hawthorn berries and other herbs). My liver needs a little help but other organs are good! Liver herbs (getting together). Hopefully Monday will get some answers on the strange rash that comes up when I am stressed and joint issues. Prednisone helps so definitely my immune system is out of whack on something and hope it is easily fixed.

Fibroscan came back good news on this one! Non alcoholic fatty liver is caught early No evidence of severe scarring Fibrosis score is practically normal (F 0-1) There was a minimal amount of fat seen in my liver (S1) Now waiting on the MRI results!

Monday I have an MRI of pelvis. Dr referred me for a fibroscan of liver I need to schedule and a hepatologist. I have Fatty Liver Disease non alcohol related. Looks like I need to buy more milk thistle and get my liver herbs stocked up. In 2014 I had adrenal insufficiency and one hospital said Addison disease had to travel with an injection and was on steroids and meds. It isn’t supposed to be curable but with ashwaganda and other herbs I was able to go off meds and repair my adrenal glands. Just to make sure it wasn’t them causing some of this stuff I had them check cortisol levels and still good and MRCP said they look good. So you can heal yourself in most cases naturally. I will be on what little medication is needed and start doing the natural route again and double check interactions with prescribed meds. Will be uploading more new stuff as long as my computer doesn’t keep shutting down while uploading today. I greatly appreciate your support and patience! Love you!

Cortisone shot got done yesterday at podiatrist it wasn’t bad as they applied a numbing agent to it. It is sore today so not sure how long it is sore for. I guess we will see follow up with Posiatrist on a Feb 16th!

No cirrhosis lesions are benign it looks like. Possible cyst may be aspirated. Follow up with another test and liver specialist. At least some good news and getting somewhere. Have an MRI of the pelvis deco something to check to see why balloon test failed if I have rectocele. Rheumatologist/Immunologist appointment is set up they are going to try and get me in earlier if cancellation but booked out to March. Waiting for Physiatrist to set that up and get this figured out! Tomorrow Podiatrist appointment to get a cortisone shot for plantars faciitis. Friday I am going to try to go to a friends house and upload some content! I should have the interracial one with @neilstroker on there and ready to go edited! It isn’t even out yet I may just see and put it to you guys first if my computer doesn’t die out for a deep discount and will look at the others and get a free one up for you guys or two depending on my computer.
