Take a wide step back and lower into a lunge, ensuring proper body position and emphasizing the glutes. Bridge: Lie on the floor and bend your legs at the knees, placing your feet on the floor. Lift your hips upward, creating a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold in the top position for a few seconds, activating your glutes. Do 3-4 approaches of 12-15 repetitions. Don't forget to warm up before your workout and make sure to follow proper exercise technique. Have a great workout! 💪🍑
