Happy Monday! 😇 One of the main things I do at the beginning of my week is meal prep. Meal prepping allows me to not just eat healthy, but pack all the proper nutrients in my body as I’m on the go from class to class 🥰 so heading to the grocery store now! Drop swings 💜 I do these in between lessons at the barre at the beginning, middle, and end of my entire ballet barre to help open my hips and really get that ooey gooey movement I love to feel when performing lots of leg techniques. These swings can be done in an attitude position or on a straight leg. I like to do 8 of each 💚
