The most relaxing moment to smoke today? This evening. I have been out all day, I smoked a lot but always in a little rush. So having the evening for myself with my cigarettes in all peace without counting the minutes while smoking or checking the time was such a relaxing feeling that I can't describe with words.

Busy days means lots of cigs. It always have been like this for me and it always will be. With a cig I am able to calm down a moment and to have a few minutes of 'me time' with no rush or thoughts. I have one cig left in my pack now and I will save it for tomorrows breakfast. Good night my dears.

The smoking diary will continue... I will send out some texts very randomly, sometimes for telling you how many cigs I smoked during the day, sometimes only for telling you which one has been my fav cig of the day or also for some smokey thoughts.
Oh and btw... I started my Monday with a Marlboro red 100. It does literally never happen because of my sore Monday throat. But I did. I felt some burning feeling down my chest but I finished the cigarette until I felt the filter burning on my lips.

Do u remember the golds left in my pack on Monday? Well, I smoked them all today. I didn't have any of the reds left from yesterday and now I do not even have golds anymore to calm my sore throat tomorrow. It means I will have to start my Monday with a Marlboro red 100! Easy morning today and recording in the afternoon. I smoked more than expected. I made a hot chainsmoking video and also a few others. 7 cigs were left from yesterdays pack and from my new pack I smoked other 7. I always smoke more when I'm recording for you, I hope u appreciate this haha! I will also smoke my traditional cig before bed a bit later.

What a busy day! But hey... Is it a news? I smoked a gold this morning while drinking my morning coffee. It felt a bit weird to start the day with a gold instead of a red but I had no reds left from yesterday. After my breakfast I went to my fav tobacco store and bought a fresh new pack of reds. I have been busy all day but the cigarettes always help me to stay calm and focused. I think I will go to sleep early today... But first I will smoke another red on my balcony. I will post a quick mini clip for u in my stories. I hope the clip will not turn out too dark.

Hi dears, today an experiment video 🚬 I don't remember if I ever said this, but I smoked Marlboro Menthols now and then in middle schoool. I never switched to Menthols completely 'cause for me it was just a 'fun' thing 😆 They do not sell Menthol cigarettes anymore in Europe, so one of you told me about some minty tools for cigarettes 🙏🏻 So I choosed a tool and ordered it 💚 In this video I will try it with you together for the very first time 🤓 Let me know what u think about it 😝

Today I didn't touch the pack of golds. I wanted to smoke my reds as usual. I've found one pack in my purse which was already open. There were 4 cigs inside of it. I smoked these four cigarettes, then bought a new pack and smoked 6 of this new pack as well. So today I think I have been a good girl, I smoked a half pack of reds (10x🚬) in total (which is more or less my daily routine).

I mostly wake up with a morning cough on Mondays because of smoking too many cigs during the weekend. My throat feels a bit sore so I smoked Marlboro golds to calm down my stressed lungs a bit... I opened a pack of golds this morning and I smoked them during the day. I have 9 cigs left in my pack but I will smoke another one very soon before going to sleep.
