Expand the picture for the full effect! Throwback Thursday to the time I saw a high up beam in an old barn and I was like 'I want to dangle from there! I wanna do it upside down!' (safety notice: none of my content should be interpreted as instructional, but especially not this photo! This was a particularly dangerous thing that we spent hours of (honestly quite boring) risk assessments for, we had a literal doctor behind the scenes with us, there were at least 4 people with lots of rope experience who all helped this come together.
