How I learned more about myself🤔

I conducted an interview with myself. 😮 Yes, yes, you heard me! We all have moments when we reflect on our lives, our goals and what really brings us happiness. Interviewing yourself is a great way to look inside yourself, to reframe your dreams and anxieties.

How did I do it?

1. Preparing questions. I started by making a list of questions. Some of them were pretty simple: “What brings me joy?”, “What are my main goals for the next five years?” Others, on the contrary, made me think deeper: “What is stopping me?” or “What are my main fears?”

2. Creating an environment. I chose a quiet place in a cozy cafe, and took a notepad and pen with me. I wanted nothing to distract me from the process. A table in the fresh air helps you focus and inspires you to think.

3- Answering and Reflecting. I started answering questions by writing down my thoughts. It was intuitive and spontaneous. I didn't even think about how it looked from the outside - I just immersed myself in a conversation with myself.

4- Feedback. After the interview was over, I reread my responses. Some of them surprised me and made me smile, while others made me feel the need to make changes in my life. This process gave me new insights and understanding of myself.


What have I learned about myself?

- I realized that sometimes I am afraid to follow my dreams for fear of failure.

- I discovered that hobbies that I had neglected before can bring me real pleasure.

- Realized the importance of making time for myself and my hobbies, not just work and obligations.

How it all started?😇

It all started with a simple hobby. I've always loved beautiful things, and lingerie is no exception. But something about the standard assortment of stores didn't make me feel really special. I started studying the fashion world, got inspired by stunning examples of designer lingerie and decided - it's time to take action!

I found a talented dressmaker who agreed to help me in this challenging but exciting task. We started with a sketch.🖼️ I expressed my ideas, desired colors and textures, and we discussed which elements would work most harmoniously together.

We tried different fabrics, discussed the lace that inspired me so much, and searched for the perfect details that would make my set truly unique.🥵💦

Hi sweetie 🌸 Today I want to share with you one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. I hope my story will bring a smile to your face and maybe help you realize that we are all human and embarrassing situations happen to everyone. 😅

So, it all started one horrible night when I decided I could be a superhero and cook dinner for my friends. 🍽️💪 I picked a recipe that I thought looked simple enough, and with a confident smile, I set out to cook.


I was busily chopping vegetables, boiling pasta, and setting myself up for a culinary masterpiece. At one point, I noticed people looking at me and I felt a slight thrill. 🥴 My friends had arrived earlier than I expected, and now everyone was eagerly awaiting my culinary marvel. Inspired by their attention, I decided to add a “twist” - peppers. A little at a time, of course... but ended up forgetting the measure well. 🌶️😳

As a result, when I served the dish, it looked beautiful, but the first bite gave away the whole truth. The embers and the steam that came out of my friends mouth overwhelmed the room. 😂 Everyone tried to save face. I was blushing with embarrassment, not knowing how to get out of it. 😅

My friends, of course, couldn't resist laughing, and soon the whole kitchen was filled with friendly laughter. 😄 We spent the evening joking about my culinary “masterpiece” and even one of them said it was the funniest dinner of their lives.

In the end, I realized that moments like these are more than just embarrassing situations. They create memories that we will look back on with a smile for years to come. 💖

When I think of happiness, moments of simple pleasure come to mind - the warm rays of sunshine on my face, the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, or the laughter of friends around the holiday table. It is in these little things that true happiness seems to lie.

But often I wonder: what really makes us happy? I have re-read many books, discussed this topic with my loved ones and finally came to a few important conclusions.

✨ Connections with people. No material things can replace the joy we feel when we connect with people close to us. I have noticed that moments spent with loved ones always make me happier.

💖 Self-care. Happiness is also about loving yourself. There are days when I just need to relax, be alone with myself and do yoga.

💫 Gratitude. When I learned to notice the good moments in everyday life, happiness began to come to me more often. Even the simplest things, like an evening walk or a cup of hot tea, can bring joy. It is important to be able to appreciate what you already have.

In my opinion, happiness is a personal journey. Everyone finds it in their own unique moments, experiences and connections. What makes you happy?
