Absolutely jam packed tonight after gorging mindlessly all day. Look at my upper belly how tight it is, I feel like I could explode. I had a tonnnnn of Italian food and then got Greek food for dinner so I’m really bloated from all the bread and sauces and rice and pasta. It feels amazing. Honestly this broken foot is turning out to be a great thing. I’ve been so busy this summer and not able to stuff as much and definitely felt it taking a toll on the gains….
