Im already not having fun on this bulk. I'm going to bed 10 pounds heavier than when I woke up. I eat 6 times a day. 4 meals consist of 7oz of chicken or beef with 200g of rice. The other 2 are 1 cup of oats with 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 scoops of whey. Im bloated all day. Winded. And towards the end of the night when I'm still full from the previous meal, I have to shovel down my last meal before bed. Cutting and bulking are 2 extremes. Constantly hungry or you despise food. Now I will need to keep eye on water weight and look out for swollen ankles and monitor bl ood pressure and b lood sugar levels.

I really appreciate all of you guys. From the OG redditors who asked me to make this to the fresh faces who just joined. Every single one of you means a lot to me. I know I haven't posted much of the stuff you all want to see recently, but it's coming. My slip up in my sobriety fucked some things up but they're correcting thenselves. I'm feeling good. Found my love for the gym again. Just need a little serotonin haha.

18s pumped. This number to me is the bar for a decent sized arm. It really killed my confidence flattening out on the cut and dropping size. But they're back and only getting bigger from here.

Since starting the bulk 3 days ago and upping my carbs pretty substantially, my glycogen stores are now coming back and my arms are noticably fuller. I'm gonna start measuring and tracking their growth and keep you guys updated.
