RULE 1: Permanent chastity
I enforce chastity very strictly, this goes for both men and women who want to be my slave. This sets a tone, that being that I own you now. I hold the key to your pleasure. But more important, this is one of the few things that actually helps with behavior and obedience. It helpt to focus and set priority straight. Patience is one of the most tricky things to overcome, when you are a 24/7 slave.
