1. Kangaroo Hops: Start by holding the dumbbells at your sides. Jump forward, landing softly like a kangaroo. Repeat for 10 hops.
2. Wombat Walks: Hold the dumbbells in each hand and take small steps forward, mimicking the waddling movement of a wombat. Do this for 20 steps.
3. Koala Curls: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the dumbbells in front of you. Slowly curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders, like a koala climbing a tree. Do 12 reps.
4. Emu Lunges: Hold the dumbbells by your sides and take a big step forward, lowering your back knee towards the ground. Push back up to the starting position. Alternate legs and do 10 lunges on each side.
5. Platypus Press: Lie on your back with your knees bent and hold the dumbbells above your chest. Push the dumbbells up towards the ceiling, mimicking the swimming motion of a platypus. Do 15 reps.
6. Cockatoo Shoulder Raises: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding the dumbbells by your sides. Slowly raise your arms out to the sides, like a cockatoo spreading its wings. Lower them back down. Repeat for 12 reps.
7. Wallaby Squats: Hold the dumbbells at your sides and stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back straight. Stand back up. Do 15 squats.
Remember to maintain proper form and listen to your body during the workout.

Here's a 30-minute routine that doesn't require any weights or gear. This routine includes a warm-up and a variety of bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups. Remember to do each exercise with proper form, and take breaks if needed.
**Warm-up (5 minutes):**
- Jumping jacks: 1 minute
- High knees: 1 minute
- Arm circles: 1 minute (30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward)
- Bodyweight squats: 2 minutes
**Main Workout (20 minutes):**
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, then move on to the next one.
1. Push-ups (modify with knee push-ups if needed)
2. Plank
3. Bodyweight lunges (30 seconds per leg)
4. Bicycle crunches
5. Wall sit
6. Glute bridges
7. Mountain climbers
8. Tricep dips (use a sturdy chair or low table)
**Cool Down (5 minutes):**
- Standing hamstring stretch: 1 minute (30 seconds per leg)
- Seated forward bend: 1 minute
- kid pose: 1 minute
- Cat cow stretch: 2 minutes
This routine will provide a full-body workout and help improve your strength and flexibility. Make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you're new to exercise, start with a pace that is comfortable for you, and gradually increase intensity as you progress. But most importantly don't forget to smile!

Learning new skills keeping an open mind and getting off the merry go round has been the hardest and most rewarding thing I've ever done. Living on auto pilot has its perks, ignorance and drama really is bliss compared to taking that dive inside to see what your made of, most will never take the leap, if you need change let's jump together!
