Back and going full force into my wellness era. I love keeping a solid fitness routine so currently I'm obsessed with trying new things to benefit my health and improve recovery. Today was a magnesium salt bath! The therapeutic effects helped me feel in touch with my body, it was an intimate experience and calming for the mind too.
