I’ve never been to a hospital before so I was super nervous and shakey. I just kept counting 5 colors, scents, and sounds. It helped so much. It was the worst UTI of my life and I’ve never been in so much pain 😣 So thankful I was able to find somewhere to go tonight... I love you all so much and thank you for being so supportive!! 💛
