2023-11-21 15:44:58 +0000 UTC View PostI didn't get many pictures this weekend but I had a great weekend helping a great guy realize his dream of wet nursing. It is such s blessing to be able to give someone such a wonderful experience 🤗 I am not going to upload the picture because he not on Fansly, but he left with a renewed desire to find a partner that he can share an ANR with. One benefit of keeping such nursing sessions purely platonic is that when he finds that person, what they share can be extra special to have that more intimate connection along with the nursing. Something special for them to share together.

2023-03-26 02:13:37 +0000 UTC View PostMilk production was up today by about half an ounce to just over 2 1/2 ounces for the day 🙂 Always exciting to get a boost. I still have a bunch to go to get back to where I was before getting sick and even further to reach my goals.
2023-03-21 06:25:59 +0000 UTC View PostI'm trying a new lactation tea that arrived today. I enjoyed the taste and it's good to mix it up and have some variety. I plan on replacing one cup of the Mother's Milk tea a day with this. So, I'll still have 2 cups of the Mother's Milk tea a day. It has decaf black tea, ginger root, fennel seed nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, cinnamon chips, fenugreek leaf, cloves, cardamom, peppercorn, and a chai spice blend Here's the link on Amazon that I purchased it from: Oat Mama Lactation Tea: Chai Spice, Breastfeeding Support for New Moms, Organic Herbs to Help Increase Milk Supply, Women-Owned, 14 Tea Bags https://a.co/d/gs82KIr
2023-03-21 01:25:56 +0000 UTC View PostMy pump of choice, the Elvie Stride. I had tried the regular Elvie first. It was really expensive and stopped charging within a few weeks. The Stride is still spendy, but way more affordable than the regular Elvie. The best feature of the regular Elvie is the tubeless design, being truly unattached to anything when wearing it. I found the Stride to have better suction for me and I think it's quieter. I also love the comfort of the Stride. It has the most comfortable flanges of any breast pump that I've tried. Both pumps use the Elvie app, which is great for tracking how much you pump, how long you pumped and when you pumped. Right now it's running at $269.98 on Amazon. All breast pumps are FSA and HSA approved. So, make sure you utilize those tax free monies if you can. 2023-03-20 15:01:57 +0000 UTC View PostI only recently started listening to the baby crying YouTube video while pumping. It had started to have a weird effect on me... First of all, while pumping yesterday, I had a strong urge to hold and nurse the crying baby. Then, this morning I had a dream that my boyfriend and I had a baby. I've never had baby fever before. This is a first for me lol. We are trying to get the last adult children out of the house one day soon. Not start over. The thought of a baby with my boyfriend does make my breasts want to jump for joy though 🤣
2023-03-18 16:45:59 +0000 UTC View PostI feel that listening to a baby cry while I pumps helps a lot. This is the YouTube video that I have been playing in the background. If you have one that you like to play, please share. I'm open to trying new ones https://youtu.be/Rwj1_eWltJQ

2023-03-17 21:54:35 +0000 UTC View PostWhile I'm pumping, I wanted to give my specific things to remember when pumping. Listening to babies cry helps. I found a video with just audio for an hour of a newborn crying. Also, I always massage my breasts a few times while pumping and hand express a little after to make sure my breast is as empty as possible
2023-03-16 13:31:49 +0000 UTC View PostThe supplements that I am currently taking. I will update this list as I make any changes. This supplements may not work for everyone, they may not even be working for me. I'm always open to hear feedback on the supplements I'm taking Always add in supplements one at a time and wait at least a week before adding new supplements. This gives you time for 2 things; to see if it helps in any way, and to watch for adverse side effects. I am likely taking way too many supplements, it's a process of constantly adjusting what you are taking and in what quantities I will slowly add links (Amazon) and prices into the comments for this post. Contact me for Dom links as those can change frequently: Domperidone - 3 10mg pills, 4 times a day - 120mg total Prenatal Vitamin - just whatever the recommend daily amount is Omega 3 - 2000mg Milk Thistle - 1000mg Sunflower Lecithin (new addition 3/13/23) - 1200mg Shatavari - 1300mg Alfalfa - 1500mg Moringa (after Dom, my next strongest recommendation to add) - 6000mg Goat's Rue - 0.28ml (I use a liquid version that I add to my coffee and tea) Additionally: Mother's Milk Tea - 3 cups a day Fennel fruit - 560mg per serving Anise fruit - 350mg per serving Coriander fruit - 210mg per serving Fenugreek seed - 35mg per serving Blessed thistle herb - 35mg per serving Proprietary Blend (spearmint leaf, lemongrass leaf, lemon verbena leaf, marshmallow root) - 560mg. Brewers Yeast - 15 g in my coffee - I need to add much more into my diet, it makes a difference Also: I drink at least 2 - 12oz glasses of water with an electrolyte powder added a day. These helps boost the hydration power of the water you drink
2023-03-14 16:00:32 +0000 UTC View PostToday has been tough. Someone I really trusted really betrayed me and I have had a rough time with it. I'm pumping away though. I am not going to let one person drag me down. Even if that person was so instrumental to my journey. I'm going to keep moving forward, just with a heavy heart. I'll post more on specifics for pumping, supplements, ect on Monday. I just need to take a couple days to clear my head. I will be pumping though and I will be staying on track
2023-03-11 23:25:35 +0000 UTC View PostDomperidone aka Dom, the magic breast milk pill. There is some reluctance to take it, which is understandable. I haven't had any issues with it and other women that have induced lactation that I've spoken with haven't had any issues either. However, it is banned in the United States. A friend of mine got these off of eBay for me. Your can find them on eBay by searching for "increase breast milk". There are other links, but they change constantly. So any link I posted may not be up when someone is actually looking for some. I can send a current link to anyone interested. I currently take 3 10mg pills, 4 times a day. I started much lower and worked up. You never want to just start at that dose from the beginning. I started with just pumping, then added Dom, then slowly added in supplements. It usually takes a week of Dom to start getting some drops. For some it may take longer, for others just days. This brand comes in bottles of 1000, 10mg pills. So they last quite a while. For this last time that I've been inducing (6 months), I'm barely into my 2nd bottle. Of course I didn't start out at my current level, half the time I spent taking less Dom. After I get up to my production goals, or if I got a hard plateau, I'll adjust my Dom intake to see if that helps or if a different level would work better for me at that time. When it comes to medications/supplements what is working for you now, may not work for you in the future. Always remember that you body is different, you may need a different level of Dom. So, start out low, maybe 2-3 pills a day and gradually work up, one pill at a time and wait at least a week each step. Ironically, although Dom is used for heartburn, it does absolutely nothing for my heartburn 🤣
2023-03-10 21:23:06 +0000 UTC View PostI've decided to revamp this page and create a free and very detailed lactation journey journal with detailed information on supplements used, pumping activity, production amounts, ect. Follow along to see what supplements I'm taking and in what quantities. How often I'm pumping, for how long, what fluids I'm drinking, ect. See how much production I'm getting, how changes I make and life events effect production as I go along. When I do meet my goals, I will adjust to really drill down to what is specifically working for me. So if you are thinking of inducing, currently inducing and looking for advice, to see what's working for others, or to share the experience with someone else who is inducing, or just curious about the process, feel free to follow. Always remember though, all women's body's are different. What works for me, won't be ever be exactly what works for you. You will have to drill down to that for yourself. You may need to increase your hydration. Some supplements may not only not work for you, but reduce your productivity. Supplements that don't work for me, may work for you. Different amounts of the supplements may work better for you. Different pumping frequency or duration times may work better for you. Previous posts will still be available in subscription options. If there looks to be a demand for that content, I would upload more. However, the main focus of this page is the detailed lactation journey. Follow me on Fetlife @lacgal for a journal of less detailed progress and inducing information and of my thought and feelings during my journey. I also provide information on wet nursing services
