HEALTH TIP 💧
Until I was 19years old, I used to drink very little water (maybe 500ml per day). Then I decided to make it my very first personal challenge and I got myself to drink more: I met 2 liters per day. I know tend to over drink sometimes!!! But I also live in a very hot country and I do lots of exercise so it’s okay.

BREATH is the bridge from the mind to the body, linking you to your heart and soul.
Sadly, most of us breath very shallow and don’t get the most out of their lungs and don’t use their breathing muscles efficiently.
This technique I am using after the ice bath is from the Wim Hof method and it really helps me fire my core back after freezing.
As you know, this is not the only breathing exercise I do. I practice daily yoga pranayama, attend breathwork sessions every few months, perform 3 rounds of breath hold before getting in the tub(Wim Hof breathing exercise), … … I even just studied the anatomy of the respiratory diaphragm and manual therapy techniques! 🙆🏼♀️
..SO, how much attention to you give to your breathing? 🙃

The next day, I found the contact of a man who sells ice near my house and wanted to give it a try so I ordered 6 bags of 7kg of 🧊 ! Having the cubes touching my skin was definitely a different experience, and I stayed much less time than usual!

The age of 33 sound as magical as the combination of numbers, to be honest.
Today I feel the most open an true with myself and others I have ever been maybe, nothing to hide: you know I have dogged down my past in the last two years? Since I met my husband, my attachment style has inevitably shown all my faults and wounds…which made our life a nightmare, added to HIS past and wounds. Well, people, I could have kept distracting myself like most people do, but nah, I went deep into my dark side and meditated, breath worked, ice bathed, got psychosomatic therapy, got treated physically by myofascia integration manual therapy,…and so on and so on…this WASN’t EASY. It was extremely painful. And when you did t see me posting here (last summer-autumn) I was at home pralyzed by emotional pain. Had to explain with words, and I’m sure hard to understand if you haven’t been there.
Still, I think it is important that I share about it.
Today I feel more integrated, yes, but the road hasn’t come to an end. I have just recently RE contacted my parents after 8 months of silent. Yep. I am trying to establish a loving and healthy connection based on a type of communication we have never had, thus my trauma.
Sometimes I feel hopeless, sometimes I feel hope.
Just like some days you feel happy and some days you don’t.

Did you know? I’ve always trained my chest hard and NEVER my back..until last year..so my muscles are very weak and it took my a long time to even just be able to connect my mind to them to have them contract!

Pillar no.2 of WHM is ❄️cold! Right after my 3 rounds of breathing I went into my ice bath at 6dregrees C for 4 minutes.

Here for you the updates about my last few days.🤗
It was intense! I joined a training where I learned the anatomy of the 5 diaphragms of the body + arms and shoulders, and manual techniques to hydrate and release and reposition the fascia tissue around those. Lots of information, lots of excitement, but I was also practicing the whole day on other people and at the same time I was being treated by them too..so, much energy output. The other participants where mainly physiotherapists and doctors, I was the only yoga teacher and PT.
Is any of you here a health professional? I would love to hear from you🫶🏼
