Got to see delta heavy friday night! Danced for like 4 or 5 hours!! He played an amazing set and was super friendly. Met some awesome peeps and our friend was the opener!! So getting to support him on a big night was cool. Body hurts allll over. But it's the good kind of hurt. Oooh and we actually did some art recently!! Woohoo! And we have a con coming up that we'll have a vendor booth at. So hopefully life is improving in an upward trajectory. Thank you all for stickin with us and our weird little weird. Happy 2024 lovies! It's the year of the dragon and we want to create so much fyre this year! What are you excited about? What are yall wanting to manifest this year? Happy day 6th day of yule! We watched an old animation from 1986 about wishing for christmas everyday. And then we played Catherdral. We lost but that's ok, we had fun and that's the important part. Spatial relation type games are kinda difficult for us because of the aphantasia. We hope yall are having fun and getting ready for NYE. Happy holidays everyone!! Hope each of you had a magical holiday season. We managed to give ourselves internal 2nd degree burns, so we felt awful and slept most of the day. Oops. Selfie pics from Conjuration- a magic con here in the southeast. We had a terrible migraine fri so we had to leave early. Sat we did Tarot readings at the tea party. Sooooo we did a thing.... Over the last several months our hair has been falling out in clumps due to stress and mold poisoning from where we were living. So in order to give it the best chance at growing back healthy and hopefully full again, we got about 11 or 12 inches cut!!! Thank you partner for the new do! We had ritual and thanked our hair for all it's done for us and apologised to it for having trich and not being the best to it. We pray it'll grow back. Our hair has been our security blanket for forever, and has always been something people complimented. Having it thinning and falling out has been really dysphoric. We dont feel like us. Anyways, so yeah! That happened! Also, this is our last week at our job. The contract ends thurs. Please buy pics and tip us! We are freakin out! Hurray! Life is gonna life yo. What's your favorite costume you've worn? Our mom made us beautiful tissue paper butterfly wings for a costume once. It's one we remember fondly. Just wanted to pop on and say allo. We're tryin to find a place to live, so life's been superrrr stressful. Sorry we've been quiet. We're just really overwhelmed currently. Anyways, because i'm the gatekeeper and protector of The Collective, it's mostly been me fronting the last week or so (yay anxiety and OCD and panic attacks). But A popped in for a little bit today which was nice. They/he are always such a calming pressence. Part of their role as soother. It's month end at work and we've been training a new person. Sometimes when life is absolute chaos around you and you feel like you have no control, it's good to have a moment of laughter and whimsy if you can. Went with our partner and a couple of friends to see Barbie yesterday. It was nice to feel "normal" for a little while. The racing panicked thoughts quieted. It felt awesome to channel Barbie's energy. We made barbie and ken kandi bracelets to pass out and even gave one to a swiftie. Gave her a little lesson on the history of kandi and friendship bracelets in general. She thought it was really cool to find out that they've literally been around for hundreds of years; before colonisation. The movie is friggin fantastic!!! It waa the first movie we've been to with our partner. So very much a special day for us. They looked like vapor wave malibu ken and it was vibez!! Miss yall.
