Selfcare Sunday 💙 Valentine’s day is everyday. Ugh don’t roll your eyes. I’ve been there when I scroll, through the web, and all I see is cheesy gifts on a cheesy holiday. But...let’s change our perspective shall we? Give yourself some love by doing the things that make you feel like you’re healing. LOVE is everywhere-all the time. Spread love to everyone as much as you can. Sprinkle a little bit of your bliss to someone who can use it. Live through love!💗 If the best you can do is love yourself today, that is HUGE!!! Start seeing yourself as a healer. Someone who can heal their own pain and still be able to heal others by simply smiling at them or doing an act of kindness. If you can’t do that, at the moment, smile at yourself and do something kind, for yourself, that your body will thank you for. The body is the vessel of human experience. Embody every emotion with awareness and become a master of your own energy. Become intelligent with how you use your energy, and you’ll soon realize how powerful you are and how you’ll be able to heal yourself from within. You are majestic🪄 You are LOVE. I will shout it from the roof tops if I have to! 🗣📢📣🔊

Many individuals get turned off by spirituality because they think spiritual people are blissful and peaceful, all the time, and they simply can’t relate. 😕 That is far from the truth! Spiritual people still have intrusive thoughts, still feel every emotion and go through difficult obstacles in life like everyone else. The difference is, they view their emotions as a way to cultivate experiences for their divinity and don’t identify with the emotions they are feeling. 😊 They do not resist emotions, and they do not resist negativity. They do not push it away or ignore it. They welcome it because resistance creates even more suffering. 💔 A spiritual person sees a challenge as an invitation to overcome it and get through it, so they can reach a new level of love. 🔟/🔟 I invite you to start loving what is. ♥️💯

Fitness Friday Topic: Practice stripping your identity. 🆔 You might notice that Fitness Friday isn’t all about workouts and making sure you get up and moving, but also to keep your mind sharp and active. 😊 On Therapeutic Thursday, we talk about Vulnerability and connection. How coming together in vulnerability will build a stronger human species because it allows healing through this type of connection. 🪴 So how does loneliness play a role in Vulnerability? We all wear an armor. The armor protects us, so we think, from the outside world. We put up a wall the moment we think we might get hurt. What if this is all a front covering up your vulnerability, so people will see only what you allow them to see. Which is stopping you from crossing the divide from loneliness to connection? 🧐🤨⁉️ The bridge from loneliness to connection is vulnerability. The practice of wearing an armor is very lonely. 🛡We wear our armor and the armors “protects us” but in turn, makes us feel lonely. We never let people in because we’re scared. Keep this in mind, as challenging as the experience of emotions are, there are neither good or bad emotions because they are all difficult. The experience of emotions seem so real, but they are not yours. They are simply existing within you, to show you how that experience should be like, and how we can change and use the emotion to change the situation, for the better. Like a navigation guide. 🗺🧭 Now knowing this, what is so scary about being vulnerable? 🤔What is loneliness? 😞Loneliness is less of an irrational emotion and more like a survival mechanism. Loneliness is like hunger. The Fight, Flight and Freeze response kicks in when we don’t feel a lack of connection. Think of Anxiety here or Trauma. Loneliness is a cry for hunger. A cry for connection. Loneliness is not shameful, it is simply an experience. Let’s all try to become more vulnerable together creating a world where we show our hearts again. ♥️

Therapeutic Thursday Topic: Desire to feel connected. 👥 Let’s talk about the concept of connection vs. the experience of connection. We all have the idea of how connection should feel like or be like, but are you actually experiencing it beyond the walls of your mind? 🧠 So how does connection relate to community? You can be around a group of people and still feel lack of connection. What is dividing you to feel connected to the community? Or what is holding others back to connect with you? Especially in a time of Social Media where we can connect easier, why does it feel harder? 😩😑 What is the bridge that allows you to cross over from community to connection? Here’s the secret... Vulnerability. Vulnerability allows you to be in the present moment and connect with others. 🖖🏼 Vulnerability is not weakness. Being vulnerable shows strength. How bizarre is that?! 🤯 To create a body that can fight off viruses, you must eat according to the way your body is asking you to. 🤔 Microbes kill viruses. If you create a loving environment within your body, your body will fight for you. AKA your microbes! 🧐 How do we retrain our microbes with food? Well, microbes LOVEEE probiotics. They love the fermented foods! Of course, talk or consult with your trusted physician...but we need foods filled with probiotics anyways...might as well start there :)

So....what are we??? 🧫🧬 Our bodies are ecosystems that hold microbes. Microbes think that the human body is their home. They are the bodies natural defenders. **Microbes rule the body.**🔬 Did you know you can train your microbes? Microbes run the show in the human body, essentially. Next time you have fast food in your hands, bring the food up to your mouth and before taking a bite... try to hear or feel a signal from your body whether it’s stopping you from eating it. If you do hear or feel something, and you’re choosing to ignore it? Try this instead...Eat your fast food very very slowly...it’s called fast food for a reason...you get the food fast, but they want you to eat it fast too because you can’t taste how genuinely bad it is. Your body will literally reject it. 🍟 Vitamins are also key to living a strong healthy life. Sometimes we don’t get enough by the food we eat every day, so having the right vitamins, that work well with your body, will help you achieve a part of wellness. 🥗🥪🍲

They would much rather live in their fantasies than facing the truth. 📺 Many individuals would like to live in a world that only showcases harmony and love, but if you take a look at nature, even nature has its disharmony. The weather might make a rock fall creating an erosion, but over time, nature builds around it back into harmony. 🗿🪨 The truth is, suffering is meant to show us a new truth. It helps purify us. It helps us view things differently that will benefit us in the long haul. If we avoid suffering, we are avoiding blessings.

Mystery Monday 1/25 Topic: Heart/Mind Connection. 💛🧠 On Self care Sunday we talk about the subconscious mind, but how can we have a heart felt connection with that part of our minds? Our subconscious mind projects energy out into the outer world even if we aren’t aware that it’s happening, so is it possible to work on our heart felt connection with that part of our mind? Answer: 📣📣Absolutely! 😁🥂 It’s always easier said than done. I definitely still work on this area myself. On a basic level, if we are present with our mind and focus on our actions and thoughts then we can start to change our behavior and personality. When we change our actions, we have the possibility of altering our emotions. Reminder: you won’t always have beautiful thoughts and THAT IS OKAY! The rule of thumb is to not let them control your actions and emotions. (it’s so hard!!! I know 🥴) The more we can be present and attune our hearts with our minds to the earths magnetic field, with constant practice, we are capable of influencing the quantum field of our inner and outer reality. 🌍🌎

It’s that dose of dopamine! It does wonders 🥰 You ever wondered what the honey moon phase in a relationship was and why? 🧐🤔 In the honeymoon phase, neither partner can see the other persons subconscious “programs” because when you are in this honeymoon phase your conscious mind takes over. When you are living in your conscious mind, you are living in the present moment. 🤯 Indulging in the dopamine and living in your conscious mind, allows you to broadcast that energy into your outer reality. Making your world filled with sparks because your outer world is interacting with the energy you’re emitting from your conscious mind. When you’re in love, you are living through your conscious mind. The moment you start thinking, because life gets busy, you’re back in your subconscious and your “programs”. Therapeutic Thursday 1/21 Topic: Forgiveness 🥺 The term forgiveness means to untie or to loosen. Forgiveness frees you and allows you to be free, flowing and loving. ❤️ Dive in, Tune in, and lighten up. 🌦 Forgiveness is our way toward healing. 🕊 You are forgiving for you, not them, even if the person did something unforgivable. Loving people through radical forgiveness is the hardest thing to do...that’s why it’s called “radical”. We are constantly creating circumstances for us to grow and evolve...so...hear me out on this...what if there was a possibility that your soul wanted that experience, and it set up the circumstance to allow you to feel. In this way, there’s nothing to “forgive” because nothing really happened. Allowing you to “forgive” and releasing that energy and move toward healing? Oh the mind hates that paragraph above^^ it’ll rationalize every ounce of it to make it seem unreasonable. Let’s discuss 😌

Wellness Wednesday Topic: Brain and Heart coherence 🧠💞 Some say your brain is what should lead you, others say your heart should. In actuality, if either one is without the other, there is emptiness. You need to allow the rhythm between your heart and your brain to smoothly work together. 🖇 When we are living in hatred, frustration and or rage there is a rough chaotic rhythm between the heart and the brain. When we are living in compassion, care and appreciation the signal between the two become rhythmic. 🤩 Your heart has much wisdom. You must shift your awareness from your brain to your heart to create the smooth communication. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 How do we do that? There’s a few ways. ☝🏼The first exercise is asking your heart a question. When you hear an answer right away without any judgment, but only what is truth, that is the heart talking. If there are any interruptions that guide you with fear, anxiety and judgments...it didn’t come from the heart. ✌🏼The second exercise is deep breathing from your heart center and delicately gliding your hand across your heart and feeling emotions of gratitude. Touching your heart delicately allows your attention to flow to your heart and guiding it with your brain. We’ve talked about heart and brain coherence before, so stay tuned in learning more about this topic! 📫

When you see every person as a soul having a human experience, you’ll understand their perspective better. 🤲🏽🤲🏾🤲🏻🤲🏿 If you can’t see someone as a soul, then you won’t understand that they are having a human experience. A soul cannot be seen by the ego...only a soul can recognize another soul. It’s as though when you look at someone, it’s as if your soul is making contact with another soul. The soul is never sick, the soul is never fearful, the soul never dies. 🕯 When you are living from your soul and the person you’re in contact is too, you can be in awareness together that you both are having a human experience. With this perspective, sit with it an analyze your life where you are ruled by body and ego instead of your soul. 🛐🛐🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏽‍♂️

How do you know where to look if this is new to you? ⭐️ You can start by looking at where you are suffering in your life, and transform that pain into a lesson, then into something beautiful! Instead of bypassing your suffering, transform it! We touched base on social conditioning in our previous posts...but what about our genetic unconsciou behaviors through epigenetics? Transformation Tuesday 1/12 Topic: Staying in your Power. Here’s how “they” trick you (they meaning anyone)...all “they” have to do is convince you to give your consent and free will away. All you have to do is to unconsciously be persuaded in giving your power away. 😅 The moment they make you believe that it was your idea to give it away, is the day you’ve been manipulated and gas lighted into giving away your power and the universal choice of free will. How do we stay in our power? ✨ We must retrain our minds in creating a new brainwave pattern by being in control of ourselves. A few things to lookout for are how we react to stress and in turn allowing our hormones to balance out. This also ties into our diet. Staying on a healthy diet, consistently, allows your body to change the way it attacks deficiencies and bacteria. Not only will you be in control of your body, but then your brain follows suit for a more clear mindset while reducing the risks of brain fog and confusion. Having a healthy lifestyle that leads to a healthy mind allows you to stay in our power.💫

Selfcare Sunday 🌼 Topic: Finding things in the universe that are absolute. There are many de-spiritualization practices that guide you towards comfort. One of these mental practices is viewing suffering as a bad thing. This mentality is a form of de-spiritualization. 😅 Instead, if you view suffering as a way of purifying yourself, you will start seeing the truth in your life that is trying to present itself to you. This way you can give your suffering meaning. 🐒 Finding the true embodiment of virtues lies in finding what is absolute in the universe. This ties into suffering. However, don’t confuse phenomena with spiritual truths. Suffering is a way to by pass the confusion into the realm of absolute truths and positive outcomes. 🙏🏼 **As long as we don’t play the victim cards, and hold onto the things that weigh us down, the suffering will set you free with the lessons it’s trying to teach you. ✨
