Pilates Burpees
Inhaling as you reach up, exhaling as your hands come to the carriage. To amplify this move you can add in a push up as you press the carriage out, or a set of mountain climbers.

Kneeling Shoulder Press
For this move you want to keep a hinge in your upper body to prevent loosing your balance. While kneeling you elbows in line with your shoulders you want to press your arms overhead at a 45 degree angle.
