Yesterday, I took this photo of my ass. Mostly it was just to see what kind of photo I could take without help, without using a mirror. Just a picture of my ass. Out of context? I don't think it's very exciting. It's a butt. There are butts everywhere. Mine isn't particularly interesting. It does the job. Gives me a place to sit etc. It's the context that matters, or should. For some people, they love butts. Some people have a specific kink for them. Types, ages, shapes, all those things matter. So in that context, it only matters if it's the kind of butt they really want to see or if they just appreciate all asses. Context matters. This ass, out of context, is just an ass. But it's my ass and today I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Oh, the strawberries from my garden are SOO sweet. I actually did suck on this one a bit for all that sweetness after that first bite. Strawberries, warm, fresh picked, taste like sunshine. That sweetness with a bit of tart, so juicy and moist. It absolutely makes growing these worth it. I love my strawberry patch. Yum.

Sweet cream sheer mesh dotted with hearts. I'm totally willing to do a close up of just the fabric over my nipples and that sweet little ruffle if anyone wants one but that will be a paid post too. I'm a little nervous about this photo because it's pretty honest. But still, this is who I am. Nearly 50, plus sized, and I do have several vibrators. The one in my hand is one of my favorites. I love modern vibrators- they've come so far since I was in my 20s. This one has an opening, and the opening fits over my clit and it pulsates. I use it with a toy safe lubricant. The reason I started sewing lingerie for myself is because I think I'm worth dressing up for, and love feeling pretty while I'm playing. It charges on a USB and it's a nice soft, warm silicone. OH! That. That toys are made of silicone now and it doesn't feel cold like hard plastic did!! I never much liked the big plastic rabbits and stuff that were so popular in the 90s and didn't start playing with toys until about a year ago. It quickly went from one toy to a dozen and they all have their just right moments to play with them. The pink stuff? That's something new that I'm playing with- bondage tape!! Have you seen this stuff before? It's NEAT!! It doesn't have any adhesive, it sticks to itself and can be used like this for quick accessories or even for skin tight "clothing", but can also be used safely for bondage. I haven't tried it that way yet.

The ropes in the photo are bamboo "silk". A very soft, solid rope, and my personal favorite. I'm getting new ropes for my collection soon.

I love my Crave cuffs. They are so sweetly elegant. Leather and so beautiful. The pair of them can be worn on one wrist like a bangle bracelet, a fashion accessory that tells a secret to people who are looking. Those sorts of things make me happy. Elastic body harnesses peeping out from every day clothing for example, or even just a silk ribbon tied around one of my ankles. Someone told me recently that I have a lot of sensuality that shows. It was something I was wondering about. When I'm talking about my favorite books, art, ideas, philosophy, do people see it? That there is always something in the back of my head that just wants to curl up and be stroked and teased? That I love the feel of my hair when it brushes my skin, that crossing my legs, I'll enjoy that feeling of skin on skin. That I love the taste of tart sweet candy or the silkiness of really good dark chocolate. That no matter how much is seems like I'm in my head, there is always part of me that is really enjoying all these little physical pleasures.

I'm so happy with how this turned out!! It started with a pile of scraps of lace from other projects and I spent hours yesterday getting them all put together. It's my new favorite nightie. Brightly colored, but the lines and drape of it feel like a party dress. I love the feel of skirts across my thighs and legs.

If this had been a bit more sheer, it would totally be a paid post. And I absolutely do plan to make this in sheerer fabric at some point. I'm so happy with how it turned out. It was fun making this, and the chiffon is heavy and drapes like a dream. The soft blush pink makes me feel very sweet- and like getting into trouble.

It still surprises me how much I love how neon colors look against my skin. This neon green for example. Electric blue is another favorite and you know how much I love the color pink, or at least a few of you do. This is one of the first nightgowns I made for myself when I decided to start wearing pretty things to bed. Before that it was my vintage slips. Would you like to see some of them? I was talking to someone recently and mentioned how much I loved dancing to Gary Moore. Absolutely other great guitarists as well, but Gary Moore for sheer sex. His slow ballads and that emotive guitar were frequently my second song, the one I'd writhe and enjoy and sometimes just forget there was even an audience in slow moves, enjoying the stage, the music and my own body.

For Valentine's Day, I decided what I wanted instead of candy was ice cream and strawberries with chocolate syrup. My favorite kind of strawberry? Sun warm fresh from my garden. But covered in ice cream is pretty good too! This nightie is one of my favorites. It's a soft stretch lace and the peachy orange elastic reminds me of those orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream cups from when I was a kid. The kinds with the wood flat spoon. It was the only elastic I could find while I was making it, but it turned out just right!
