We're back at home today for a chest triceps workout. I wanted to experiment and see how a couple weeks in the gym affected my body weight strength and endurance. Overall I think strength is definitely up, but endurance is suffering just a bit. So to improve both we will make sure to incorporate both heavy weight gym days and body weight emdurance focused home days. Regardless, this is an intense 30 minute workout which does incorportate new movements and will leave your upper body pumped! Hope you enjoy!

Gym based leg day today. Solid all around leg workout today. We push the weight on some movements to focus on buulding strength, and form and reps on others to add more size. This routine will be effective for many years to come.

Leg day at the apartment complex gym. Appologies for the delayed dialogue .... there was someone else working out in the space and I didnt want to be awkward. This is a pretty good overall workout tho, we hit all the major leg muscles, do some functuonal trauning and finish with a bit of core work. Hope you enjoy!

So this workout started off great... then went real south real fast. It doesn't end well... I injured myself pretty badly. I'm posting this anyways just to show what can happen if you lose concentration for even a split second. I bounced at the bottom of the movement and strained the muscles of my lower back. It's seriously painful and I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to train again. But I'm posting anyways because I still want you to do the squats and deadlifts, just be careful.

It's leg day!! We hit the same brutal tabata inspired leg workout that we did last time.. I, of course, being long winded as I am, explain why in the video. Its quick, but its intense, and if anything like last week.... will make walking... moving in general quite unpleasant for the next 3 or 4 days 😁🤣
