Success has its own gravity. The biggest source of gravity is laziness. The reason why you are or others are successful is we/they work so hard to get there. But when you feel like you have made it, or are on top of the mountain, achieved in a 30 day plan or something else, successful relationship etc, we often get lazy. So many of us fall for this. Success is a continuous journey of hard work it never ends. It is a lifestyle. To achieve our goals we have to remember, we live a life. Therefore anything we do must be worked on for the duration of our life. If we do not use it, we lose it.

What have I learned in nearly 40 years of living?
There is no easy to anything, anywhere or living.
It’s all the art of suffering well. You choose hard or to suffer well. Meaning grow and become or live in excuses or regrets. You choose your hard.
Being in a relationship is hard and not being in one is hard.
Having a family is hard and not having a family is hard.
Working on health and fitness is hard but so is being out of shape and unwell.
We have so many hard choices… i mean im trying to give up sexual innuendos as it is so hard so very very hard lol 😂 humor is the best medicine. We so often spend our time looking for easy but in the end you just have to choose your hard. The art of suffering well or excuses and regrets.
Life is the sum total of our choices. We can’t have the rainbow without the rain. Don’t wait for the storm to pass dance in the rain.

Toe Sit – Yin

Despite its apparent simplicity, Toe Sit is one of the more intense yin yoga postures. Patience and persistence are key – over time you can learn to enjoy this pose and appreciate its myriad benefits.
Methodology: Start in a four-point kneeling position. Bring the knees together and feet together and tuck the toes under.
Slowly begin to walk your hands back towards your knees and take your buttocks towards your heels. Once your buttocks are resting on your heels, ensure all 10 toes are tucked under – you might need to use your fingers to tuck your pinky toes under. As much as possible, centre your weight on the balls of your feet, not up on your tip-toes.
If your toes feel pretty fiery straight away, you can back off by placing a double-folded blanket or a bolster under your knees. This will take some of the pressure off your toes and make the posture if not enjoyable, hopefully manageable.
Rest one hand on top of the other in your lap, and resist the urge to fidget. Relax. Breathe. Soften into the sensations. Notice where you begin to hold tension – let your shoulders melt; allow your jaw to relax. Let your fingers be soft and still.
If this asana is new to you, aim to stay for a minute. Over time, work your way up to three minutes.
Release slowly and tenderly from this intense stretch – take your hands to the floor; slowly walk them forward and untuck your toes. Sit back down on your heels.
In yin yoga, we seek to work with connective tissue rather than muscles. Toe squat lengthens the plantar fascia, on the soles of the feet. This is the beginning of the superficial back line of fascia, one continuous sheet of connective tissue that runs along the soles of the feet, back of the legs, back of the torso, back of the neck, up over the top of the head, to just above the eyebrows. By releasing the fascia on the soles of your feet, you’re starting to create space and length through the whole back line of fascia.
Though you will most often encounter this posture in yoga classes, it could also be incorporated into the warm up phase of other yoga practices. You could combine it with shoulder stretches such as Garudasana (Eagle) or Gomukhasana (Cow’s face) arms.
Contra Indications: Knee injuries: (place a folded blanket between the calves and thighs). Ankle injuries or lack of mobility in the feet (for example, due to arthritis): place a bolster under the knees to decrease the intensity, or avoid the pose. As always, discomfort is okay but pain is not!
Benefits: This pose gives our often-neglected ankles and feet a good stretch and lengthens the plantar fascia (connective tissue on the sole of the foot). It stimulates all six lower-body meridians – the bladder, kidney, stomach, spleen, gall bladder and liver – which all begin or end in the toes.

This month I focus on the shoulders. The shoulders are the most dynamic and intricate joint in the entire body. Hiding and stigmatizing the human body not only creates more trauma and shame, but also inherently makes it considered a sexual object.
Although many naked yoga teachers consider their content to be non-sexual, artistic, educational, and health-focused, we are often lumped in with pornography.
Stigma surrounding the human body can lead to harmful consequences, such as:
Negative body image and body dysmorphia
Eating disorders and mental health problems
Gender-based violence and oppression
Revenge porn
Sexual trauma and shame
Cultural Ramifications
Limiting or outright banning certain images means that as a society we will never learn to recognize nuance and context. Hiding and stigmatizing the human body not only breeds trauma and shame, but also guarantees that it is inherently considered a sexual object. When reporting sexual assault, femme-presenting people are often asked they were wearing at the time of the attack. This offensive question exemplifies our collective view of the body as erotic by simply existing, an invitation for unwanted attention or advances if visible. While it’s important to take steps in order to prevent certain content from circulating online (such as kid pornography, hate speech, bullying, or content that incites violence), censoring nudity as a whole is a misguided and oversimplified approach that creates a vacuum for violence and disinformation that is often only filled by porn sites.
When we allow nonsexual nudity to have a place on the internet, we create a safe space to have meaningful conversations about the human body, gender, sex, and consent.

This photo was taken hiking a mountain top in Austria. We were on our way down after a 2.5hr hike to the top, usually taking 3.5 hrs.
My knees were speaking large amounts of f this f that to me. Downhill hiking has never been my fav thing.
We came across this Almhutte. It was truly beautiful and I decided to film some flows and capture a few random in the moment photos.
For me I've never felt like a beautiful human, I've always had sensitive skin that gets rashes, eczema and sun allergy, I had acne as a kid, my muscles have always never given me the hour glass figure that is so often celebrated for women. My nose has been broken and therefore has its own perspective on life. I believe it was broken through playing water polo as a kid and getting elbowed as a national player. Or otherwise my brother letting go of the buggy and me running into a brick wall. Both are cool stories, happy with either.
My face has always shown life. I've always had smile lines, I cannot hide how I feel, I cannot pretend it does not hurt me, I feel everyone/thing and often get overwhelmed with feelings. It is called transporting. I can transport myself into others' shoes, movies and experiences and it becomes mine. It helps to hold compassion/empathy but does not help when you need to say yes to you and you cannot and say yes to others first. I remember as a kid I watched the movie Twister and the cow was spinning in the air and I got so worried about the cow I fell off the seat in fear haha. I am a bit better these days.
At the same time the world sees confidence in nudity but I am not a naturally confident person. Nudity is about me getting lost in the moment. A bit like having sex or doing a sport. You get so caught up in the moment you no longer think about the weird faces and noises you may make. Nudity is like being one with me and the world. However put me on a beach with the world strutting their stuff I do not prefer to shake my booty as well. I like to watch the world go by.
A little about me as I know I asked you to share about you, not many responded (thank you to those that did) but here is a little about me in case it inspires you to share more about you and your life. I would love to know you all better.
Moving back to taking photos in Austria. This is one of the candid photos I took. I was sitting on the fence as I usually do with all my decisions lol. So many ask me about how I stay motivated to keep fit...I feel the reason we do anything consistently in life must be tied to a purpose. For me sharing health and fitness is about mental health and being healthy for my daughter. It is also a reminder my darkness does not have to take the joy from life. Sharing nudity is about me healing from trauma and all the words people and the world have told me I am not enough. It is a way of celebrating the amazing fucking bodies we have that give us this beautiful life that our bodies are the tools to experience life, through it. Our bodies do not define us by looks, they define us by what we do with them. I do not want to spend my life feeling small and not enough because of my trauma and I am not perfect. I want to show myself the only thing stopping me is my thoughts if I choose to let them.
Going back to motivation .....Reasons that are tied to your purpose, identity, and values will sufficiently motivate you to act, even in the face of all of the daily obstacles that life puts in your way.
What people do not realise is that the healthy 70-year-old doesn’t go to the gym at 4:35 A.M. because they like it—they go because maintaining their health so they can continue to be with their family is motivation enough to them, even though they would much rather sleep in. Today I got up at 4.50am. I did an hour-long heavy leg workout at home. I then did an hour of deep hip mobility for yoga. At 7am I trained a client in the states online. Now I am working from home as my daughter is on vacation from school and my mum is visiting. At 12pm I have a 1.5hr session and at 2pm I have another 1hr session. Then I have to go grocery shopping, clean, study and make dinner. It's a full day ahead....I just want to remind you I do not do it because it is what I always want to do but because my purpose is greater than my excuses. Just like a good student doesn’t pick up her textbook because she’s in a good mood. She does it because she wants to ace that test so she has the best chances of landing the internship that will lead to her dream job.
If you are struggling to find motivation to learn or to accomplish anything else in your life, there is a good chance you have not uncovered your why of the task. Look at your passion, your desired identity, and your values: How can they create the basis of your reasons?
Let's say your passion is to help others forge better connections and your value is love or one of them. Your reasons to remember names could be simply that I want to connect better to people. Then this is an often difficult task remembering names. So now it is linked to your values and your purpose and reasons by it and you become more motivated.
Having reasons helps me become more crystal clear when it comes to commitments. A big part of self love is valuing your time and energy. Setting boundaries around your time, emotions, mental health and space is vital too at any time as well as good sleep.
When we make decisions they may feel hard but they should feel aligned. If I do not feel completely aligned I usually check in with my purpose and adjust so I do not suffer from fear of missing out. For example people here ask me if I do erotic content. I do not and this is how I best feel aligned. I used to not feel aligned with sharing nude content however, this is something I align with now as my purpose and values. However erotica is something different and not my intention to share online. Even when people ask often I feel best aligned this way and happy to recommend them to people that do and connect their needs and share this. Intimacy for me is about knowing a person from within, what makes them smile, turns them on, gives them fear, makes them struggle, their past, their dreams etc. Intimacy through the body for me is a connection that rides deeply on someone knowing my mind, body and soul and me knowing theirs. Creating erotic content does not ride on this. It is a beautiful physical pleasure for many and that is wonderful but for me it is much deeper. I love that people are proud and share this content however, for me this is a much more intimate experience that pleasure comes from a deeper level of connection.
So getting back to being motivated...Motivation is a set of emotions (painful and pleasurable) that act as fuel for our actions. Pain and pleasure principle. Motivation for me comes from purpose, fully feeling and associating with the consequences of our actions (or inactions).
Let's do an exercise. Write down all the disadvantages you face by not learning and using the health and fitness content I provide online or another that you like to follow and workout with?
What will it cost you right now and in the future?
For example? I will have injuries and health issues that will limit my abilities to daily things, my body being less capable will make me feel old and I will have to settle for being less able bodied and feeling mentally not as well. I will not be able to spend time doing the things I love with my loved ones as I will not have the energy. I may mentally feel less motivated and down more often and life becomes much harder. My sex life will be flat as my body will be too tired to respond or do things. I will not be able to eat yummy food as often as I will put on weight easily. The key is to make sure you feel the emotions, do not make it intellectual.
You see, we make decisions based on how we feel. Really feel the pain you will have if you do not do something. This is the only way to make lasting change and follow through.
Pain can either be a teacher, if you use it and not let it use you, you can use it to drive you and make things happen. If you were talking about maybe applying for a new job or doing a course to help you apply for a new job and you were super honest with your answer. You may write something like.... I will have to settle for a job I hate, make less money and have no free time with those I love. I will have to put up with living regrets and feeling unfulfilled for the rest of my life.
This should motivate you to study that course or apply for the new job right? Do it NOW!
Now on the flip side write down all the benefits and advantages....
Make sure those reasons are compelling. You must really get yourself to see and feel the benefits of the change...DO IT NOW!
The reality is putting it all together you DO Motivation. Ultimately motivation is a set of habits and routines....the sum total of small things done in a monotonous manner daily that are ever evolving and guided by your values and identity that you carry out every day.

Often when you put a label on someone or something, you create a limit—the label becomes the limitation. Adults have to be very careful with their external words because these quickly become a kid’s internal words & as we become adults we often get stuck with these limits until we do the internal work. That’s what happened with me. Whenever I struggled to learn, did badly in areas of my life, was judged, or fell behind keeping up with those around me, or did things that people didn’t make sense of & called me stupid. I would tell myself it was because I wasn’t smart enough. How could I possibly expect to do as well as others did? I was damaged with my shyness, my dyslexia, my inability to understand the world like everyone else & being overly sensitive. My mind has never worked like everyone else’s. Even when I studied much harder than my schoolmates, my grades never reflected the effort I was putting in. Years later I’ve written a book, I’ve been an international athlete, learned contortion / arm balancing in my 30s, worked in top 4 accounting firms as an Executive Assistant managing 10 admin staff, carried a daughter into this world drs said my body could not do, traveled / worked abroad for 15 years as an international fitness director & so on. You see no matter our strengths & weaknesses. We must learn to do the work & nourish ourselves from the inside.
