Getting back into my workout routine after the holidays has been tough! It’s so easy to stay in holiday eating mode 😋 I have a few tips for you on regaining motivation!
- Wake up with a plan! Before you go to bed, carve out a timeline of your next day!
- Drink lots of water! Staying hydrated gives me the extra energy I need to take on any task!
- Keep it fun! Start the new year by trying new fitness classes! You never know what fun you’re missing out on, not to mention the supportive community group fitness comes with!
