Perfect for when you’re in a rush and need to get a quick sweat in! These moves are also perfect to build muscle memory in order to improve your jump rope skills!
I did these in a circuit for 7 rounds! 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest in between each exercise. Rest 1 min between each round! 💪🏼 No equipment needed!
