Happy New Year, everyone! Thank you so much for all the wonderful support last year—your encouragement meant the world to me!
Looking back on the past year, it feels like I was able to take on a lot of new challenges. My work life changed in quite a few ways, and after realizing I couldn’t attend the Summer Comiket, I decided to try something new. It turned into a whirlwind six months! ( ˙༥˙ )lol
I took on magazine gigs and even participated in photo shoots I normally wouldn’t. It was an eventful time!

I truly believe that the reason I can challenge myself with new things is because of everyone who supports me so wholeheartedly. If it weren’t for all of you, I wouldn’t be nearly as active as I am today. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me last year!!!

This year, I want to keep expressing my gratitude and love to everyone, and I hope we can spend another fun-filled year together ( ◜ᴗ◝)و💕

去年を振り返ると、いろいろなことに挑戦できた一年だったなぁと感じます。私生活の仕事の面でもさまざまな変化がありましたし、夏コミに出られないなら新しいことに挑戦しよう！ と思い立ってから、怒涛の半年でした( ˙༥˙ )笑
誌面でのお仕事や、普段なかなか行かない撮影会などにも参加したりして、振り返ると本当に色んなことをしましたね😌✨

こうやって新しいことに挑戦できるのも、いつも応援してくださっている皆さんのおかげだと思っています。皆さんがいなかったら、きっとこんなに積極的に動けていないだろうなぁ…と改めて思いますっっっ😢💕💕

Lately, I've been feeling sleepy all the time, and it's becoming quite a problem 🥱💦
Maybe it's because it's getting colder. Of course, I'm sleepy in the morning, but I also feel sleepy during the day 💦💦

I’ve tried things like burning mint aroma oil and drinking coffee, but I just can't seem to feel refreshed!!

I wondered what might help, so I tried getting a massage, and they said my back is super stiff… 🤔💡

Taking the dogs for a walk has become my only form of exercise, so I really need to start moving more 💦💦
They taught me some simple stretches, so I'm thinking of trying various things 🤔💡

If you have any good stretches or ways to relieve stiffness, let me know～～👍🔥

どうにかならないかと思ってマッサージに行ってみたら、背中がガッチガチですよと…🤔💡

わんこ達との散歩が唯一の運動みたいになってたから、もっと動くようにしないとな〜💦💦
簡単なストレッチとかも教えてもらえたので、色々やってみようと思います🤔💡

This year, so many changes happened around me that I was secretly panicking, thinking, "Am I not going to make it in time!?" But I'm so relieved I managed to finish the final submission on time!!!

When I panicked, I actually ended up finishing the submission earlier than ever before… 🤔 lol
Anyway, at least I’ll have two books to present to everyone, so I’m feeling relieved!!!!

The other day, I went to see a photo exhibition!!!

I had a bit of free time between work, so I thought, "Is there anything going on?" and found out that there was a wonderful photo exhibition in Shibuya!

Luckily, there were two exhibitions happening at the same time ✌️✨

One exhibition was "The Gravure" that made you feel the damp humidity!!!

The other exhibition was portraits that cherished themes and atmosphere, giving off a different vibe...

I enjoyed both exhibitions very muchーー🥰🥰🥰

I love both gravure photos where women's bodies and faces look incredibly attractive, and portraits where each photo tells a story...

I like being photographed in gravure style, but I thought it would be nice if I could take atmospheric portraits someday 🥴

I hope I can show them to everyone someday...!!!

先日は写真展を見てきました！！！

仕事の合間にちょっと時間ができたので、、、何かないかな〜〜っと思ったら渋谷で素敵な写真展が開催されてたので！

タイミングよく２つの展示がやっていて✌️✨

一つの写真展はじっとり湿度を感じるザ！グラビア！！！

もう一つの写真展はテーマや空気感を大切にしたポートレートって感じで雰囲気が違って、、

どっちの写真展もとっても楽しめましたーー🥰🥰🥰

女の人の身体だったりお顔がすっごく魅力的に見えるグラビアも、写真一つ一つに物語を感じるポートレートもどっちも好きなんだよなぁ、、

私はグラビアで写るのが好きだったりするけど、写真はいつか雰囲気あるポートレートが撮れるようになったらいいなぁ、、、とか思いました🥴

いつかみんなにも見せれたらいいな、、！！！

It's a really trivial story, but I've been into hot pot lately 🤔🤔🤔 lol

Have you all ever tried hot potーーー!?!!

My first hot pot experience was when I went to Taiwan, so it's relatively recent...

The hot pot I had in Taiwan was incredibly delicious, and while searching for a good place in Japan, I got hooked 🤤❤️ lol

At the moment, "Haidilao Hot Pot" is my favorite!!! The sauce bar has a wide variety, and being able to eat with various condiments is highly satisfyingーー!!

Everywhere is delicious, but nothing beats the hot pot I had in Taiwan...

If you know any good places, please let me know!!!

Also, I eat hot pot because it's delicious, but I often get stomachaches afterward, so if you have any remedies for that... lol

いくみの火鍋デビューが台湾に行った時なので割と最近なのですが、、

台湾で食べた火鍋がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、日本でも美味しいところないかな〜〜って探してるうちにハマってしまいました🤤❤️笑

今のところは「海底捞火鍋」が1番お気に入り！！！タレバーの種類が豊富で、色々薬味入れて食べれるのが大満足高いですーー！！

どこも美味しいけど台湾で食べた火鍋の美味しさには叶わなくて、、、

もし美味しいところ知ってたら教えてくださいっっっ！！！

あと火鍋おいしくて食べるんだけど、後でお腹痛くなること多いのでその対処法ももしあれば、、、笑
