This dress is my only reason for having worn the waist trainer this week haha. I’m actually on the tightest setting comfortably, so it’s too big (I can even stick my arm down in it)- but I’ve been applying castor oil to my belly and using the waist trainer to hold my cotton instead of plastic wrap. It’s been amazing at cutting back my inflammation and bloating, even during my time of the month.
