Transformation Tuesday 3/27
From regular day to travel day. 👷🏼♀️➡️👩🌾
What are my absolute essentials that I pack? None of these are ads, only brands that have saved me from many unwanted circumstances!
A built in ice pack in your lunch box 🧃will save you from your food going bad or the unwanted disgusting warm water that melts when you pack a regular ice pack. It keeps all my food cold, and I don’t have to worry about it. I also add a cold beverage inside as well just in case!
Sea bands have helped me with water sickness, when on a boat, ⚓️🛳⛴🚢🛶🛥growing up. I love how it’s non invasive and uses your acupuncture points on your wrists. I also ground myself by staring off into the distance where I can see land. I have not tried ginger gum, however I do have this brand in my bag. I take a sugar covered ginger every morning, but I have the gum just in case!
When on an airplane,✈️🛫🛬🛩💺 I used to chew gum to help with the pressure from the elevation! I now buy gum with more natural ingredients and keep it on me, but my favorites have been these ear plugs. They are gentle and help with clogged ears for a smoother ride.
I think it is so important to think ahead and bring the things that will help you! Something that might help me, might not help you, it’s best to think of your own go to travel essentials. I wanted to share a few of mine 😌

I love buying people mini gifts without them realizing it, they are always shocked and surprised because they don’t understand the purpose of the gift. The reason is simply to gift just because! They are divine, and i’d like to celebrate that, put a smile on their face and/or something that might help them, so why not?
What about when were having a good day?
We have a self care box when we’re feeling sad, but
do we only gift ourselves when we’re feeling sad? Why don’t we do something nice to enhance a good day to be even happier even if it’s not a holiday or a birthday.
In the human experience, you have to strive to be your own biggest fan. With these boxes, it’s a way for me to put myself first from time to time. You should too.

Stigmas of a spiritual person pt.4 swipe to watch
Stigma: Spiritual people don’t believe in science.
Answer: BUSTED!
I talk about how it’s okay to mix science with spirituality because they are one in the same. There are differences, but many times spiritual people get shut down by the science community because of their ideologies of spiritual concepts and need proof.
I had someone say to me the other day, “Why are you trying to mix science with spirituality? Why can’t you let it be two separate things?” I answered, “When quantum physics mixes with quantum mysticism you get quantum mechanics which is very hard to ignore.”
What happens when the experiments prove what they have been preaching? Does the science community still accept the outcome or do they illegitimize their work with other excuses like they don’t have a science degree?
Working together both with science and spiritual concepts help prove the phenomenons of this world.

TT: Every store has an organic brand that they sell. 💯I could never find organic flavor oils, to cook with, until I found these. I add it to beverages and cooking. This brand is one of my favorites because it has sunflower oil added with the essential oil! Ehem....sunflower oil has omega-3s! What better way to get that nutrient naturally, aye? Many brands add natural or artificial flavorings, but unless they are freshly squeezed or derived from the source, it is highly possible it’s made from chemical processing. Drop your favorite organic brand 😊
FF: Your fitness routine starts in your kitchen. 🍵Ever need a pick me up but don’t want a pre workout or a cup of coffee? This is the perfect combo for a quick natural way to get you out the door.🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️
This is the only oat milk that I drink currently. There’s a few good ones that don’t add gums or preservatives in their recipe. The most pure, the better. This brand adds minerals in their recipe giving it an extra health boost. 💨Oat milk has more calories than any other plant based milk, but it is high in fiber! This matcha green tea comes in small packets which makes it perfect for “on the go” activities. I usually like to add some more sugar and shake it up, in my smoothie bottle. In my spare time, I enjoy browsing stores that make house made products such as natural essential oils, crystal infused clearing sprays and home remedies.
The holistic approach, in western society is looked down upon because people don’t understand it. The earth provides everything for us to be able to help ourselves.
My favorite go to scent, recently, in my essential oil diffuser, is palo santo mixed with orange. The citrus from the orange 🍊 awakens you, and the earthy scent from the palo santo 🪵, clarifies your space.
If you can find natural ginger candies or dehydrated fruit as a snack instead of chips. These are nice healthy snacks that kick start your immune system in a fun way.

I am currently working on a project where I create a feel
good box. Every time I’m having a bad day, I will be able to open the box, and there will be a gifts, wrapped in ribbon, filled with self care items. Kind of like a goodie bag for your well being.
I’d recommend you try and do the same with little nic nacs that make you feel good 😌 What do you think I’m putting in mine?

Fitness Friday and Sustainability Saturday! 2/18-2/19
Walking in nature is freeing and the breath of fresh air is always exhilarating. Fitness doesn’t always have to be about lifting weights, by now we all know that, but it’s a nice reminder that there’s fun ways of being active!
These are some photos that didn’t make the cut for multiple reasons, lighting wasn’t accurate or the angle wasn’t up to par, but I didn’t want them to go to waste because they are still nature shots that are calming and relaxing.
What are some of your daily actions that are sustaining our planet? Mother Nature has a way of healing itself, but it will never heal as fast as we’re destroying it. We do our part, the planet does it’s part ☺️

Fear is useful when we are in physical danger and as a warning sign when an emotional change needs to occur because your body is a messenger. 🗣🧠👂🏼🦶🏼
Question: Why are people ruled by fear?
Answer: It is easier to be afraid. 😅
The human condition has showcased fear. The role of fear in the development of humanity is predominant.
People are afraid of things they do not understand. (read that again) Many people are scared when truth presents itself because it is disguised as “new” when it’s really new to the person. It is new “old” information. 😲
A portion of your soul cannot develop if you are living in fear. How can you prove that you’ve learned anything without obstacles? Guess what...Fear is stopping you from living through those obstacles.
What are you afraid of and is your fear taking hold of your life? Ponder on those thoughts today. 📝📑

When I say “Freedom” I’m talking about an internal freedom where you are not weighing yourself down because you can be the cruel tyrant that is holding yourself captive. 👀
Freedom comes not by avoiding pain, but through freedom of fear. Fear robs you of true passions and enslaves you.🤯😮
The process of transformation requires a revolution of your passions. Passionate living does not call for eliminating your desires, but not all free acts, lead by desire, lead to freedom. 🆓
The acts that you freely take can cost you your freedom which is the difference between “free will” and “freedom” and why discipline is a good thing. A genuine free act will only liberate and will never be oppressive. This is why many people have been fooled by false freedoms. 🤔
Are you really living or are you simply existing? 😶

I get it okay...bleh why do we have to talking about fEeLiNgS 🤢🤮 I love talking about emotions, because they are our super power. If this is cringey for you...I urge you to stick it out for one sec :)
When your emotional content moves within you, that is a good thing. 👍🏼When emotions are blocked and stagnant, that is a form of suppression. 👎🏽
Sometimes we hold onto emotions that we aren’t aware we’re holding onto because we have pushed those emotions aside, and they sit in our subconscious, until our next trigger. Our triggers love when we react to them in the behavior that is associated with that certain emotion. 🧐
What if you can feel the emotion without a physical reaction? If you approach the emotion with acceptance and awareness, you can transform the emotion. By pushing away your emotions, you’re fueling the fire of that emotion, adding more undesired results to the package. 📦
Sitting in your emotion, no matter how difficult, will allow you to have more sense of self and come out stronger than before. 😌
