Yesterday was a tempo run which is a 'comfortably hard' pace, or what your race pace would be for 10 miles. It was 20 min, 3 min rest, followed by another 10 minutes. It was tough in the wind yesterday. I make sure to stretch and foam roll sore muscles after these sessions.
