It was tough to get out of bed this morning when it's so early, dark and -7 celcius. I ran with 2:40-2:55 marathoners. I was able to hang with some of them. If you train with people better than you, it brings out your best, and shows you that you can do more than you realized. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself! It's our minds that limit us.
