Doing an exercise repeatedly without correct form will lead to injury! 😞 My form is not perfect and I work everyday toward correcting my mistakes. If you’re unsure of how to do a particular exercise, either self educate using online tools or hire a trainer! There is nothing wrong with having a little help to insure you stay injury free! 💪🏼
