Life Update: I am currently going through a great loss. I wasn’t expecting this loss. However to get through I am feeling called to create practices, not just for me to release these emotions I’m experiencing but for you also. If you’re going through any challenges, any adversity you want to overcome, or any mindsets you might want to shift out of. This upcoming week is going to be a week of Somatica, Tantra, & alchemizing grief to joy, pain to pleasure.
