So annoying, in fact, that I hesitated to even share this issue with you.
I genuinely believe I’m the last person who should be accused of racism. I respect all our girls and customers, no matter where they come from.

Like many clubs, we have quite a few girls from Africa, especially Nigeria. Most of them are great — cool, hardworking, and professional. But whenever there’s a problem — literally any time I have to deal with a conflict involving them (whether it’s issues with other girls or complaints from customers) — the same line comes up:
"Hey Kathy, this isn’t fair, you know it’s racism, don’t you?"

WTF? No, it’s not! Do your job, I’m doing mine — don’t try to shift the blame by accusing me of being racist. That’s just low.

If I wanted to be racist, I could point out that a large portion of theft complaints tend to involve girls from Africa. Is that just a coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But I don’t make generalizations, and I don’t accuse anyone without cause. Still, it’s no surprise I get more and more frustrated every time I hear the “it’s racism” excuse.

I treat all the girls the same way — fairly and professionally. But the truth is, different people try different tactics to manipulate or deflect responsibility. And unfortunately, some use accusations of racism to do that.

Since I have many subscribers here on OF from the States, I often get questions about how the girls in our club perceive American customers. Are they good or bad? Do they like them? Do they see them as solid, reliable clients?

Well, generally speaking — yes and yes. For one particular reason: US men almost never request service without a condom. And I can see why. When I visited some clubs in Nevada and spoke with the managers and girls there, I was told that unprotected service is a complete no-go. I appreciated that, but I was still surprised by how strict they were about it.

I’m not sure about clubs in other states, but in all the legal brothels I visited in Nevada, it was absolutely clear — no condom, no service. And the customers respected that. Nobody would even think to ask for unprotected sex. When I spoke to some men in the clubs, they all said they would never want to have paid sex without a condom. That’s pretty cool, honestly.

In Europe, it’s a bit different. There’s a significant demand for these kinds of services. Many girls still refuse, of course. But where there’s demand, there’s supply — so for some, it becomes negotiable. I’m mostly talking about oral sex without a condom. Vaginal intercourse is a different story, and I doubt any girl in our club would agree to that without protection. But I know of clubs in Germany and Switzerland where managers will hire girls even if they don’t insist on condoms. That sounds crazy to me.

So yes — European sex workers really appreciate that US men don’t typically ask for such risky things.

Why American men tend to be more responsible in this regard compared to European men is a topic I’d love to explore further. I’d be happy to hear your thoughts or theories on why that might be.

How we deal with complaints in our club?

A lot of you ask me how we deal with customer complaints. Many of you raise a good point—since we cannot have cameras inside the rooms, how can we know who is telling the truth: the customer or the girl? Yes, this is always a big dilemma. Mostly, you hear two completely different stories about what happened in the room, and very often they are both quite convincing. Plus, you always hear lots of "I swear to my mom," etc. It's really difficult to decide which side to take. So what’s the solution?

Basically, our system is based on probability or we can say statistics. We have something like a CRM system where all the girls have their own page that details all complaints, alarms, problems, etc. So the first thing I do when we receive a complaint is read the history of the girl. If a guy complains that she promised some service, he paid, and she then didn’t provide the service, I look for these types of complaints in her record. When I see she has already had 4-5 similar problems, I tend to lean more toward the customer version of the story.

With certain types of problems, I am even more strict—especially theft complaints (when a customer accuses a girl of stealing his money while he was taking a shower). Here, usually 2-3 similar complaints are enough to convince me that the customer is telling the truth. If I don’t find any complaints of that kind, I have to admit it’s just a fifty-fifty chance, basically a word against a word. This means I have to lean toward the girl’s version. So, probability is my answer.

Well, generally, a lot of girls do offer that service for some extra money. As a manager, I can’t say I approve of it, as it doesn’t follow proper safe sex standards. Yes, the risk of HIV is relatively low in this case, but of course, there are other unpleasant "things" you can bring home—or introduce into our place.

There are also many women who wouldn’t agree to that service, even for very high offers. On the other hand, one of my favorite women, Michele, actually enjoys it when men go down on her. She always says:

Interesting dilemma last night. Darja is quite a problematic girl. From time to time, clients complain about her service. After a few talks with me, she’s been a bit more careful. But tonight, a client complained that her service was horrible. According to him, she was totally unemotional, unpleasant, and distant.

Her version:

But isn’t she right that she warned him? It was really tricky for me to decide as a manager. So I’m interested in your opinions—did the client deserve his money back or not?

I should mention that he stopped and left the room after about 18 minutes of the 30 minutes he had paid for. Voluntarily—she didn’t kick him out. He just left because the service was awful.

In some cases, it would honestly be so much fun if I could say who comes regularly to our place. There’s a very famous woman in our country—high celebrity status. She’s extremely gorgeous and popular. A bit narcissistic too.

Ok, as I promised in my last post—here's my own take on the dilemma our company is facing.

The strongest argument against having a casino and a brothel under one roof is actually pretty simple:

It’s a pure conflict of interest.

As a casino manager, you want people to spend all their money on the games.
As a brothel manager, you want people to spend all their money with the sexworkers.
Simple as that.

This conflict would show in every corner of the place.

Sure, it’s a nice idea—the girl standing next to the guy playing roulette, encouraging him to play... gives off a James Bond vibe.

But realistically—why would she be doing that?
She wants him to spend all his money with her.

From her point of view, every euro spent on blackjack is a euro not spent on her.

And imagine a guy gets lucky and wins a lot of money. The casino manager wants him to keep playing, hoping to win the money back.
If the guy goes upstairs and spends it with a girl, that money is leaving the casino floor—and from the casino's perspective, out of the house.

I'm also unsure about it from the client's perspective.
When you go to play casino games, the odds are not in your favor. You’re more likely to lose than to win. That’s just how casinos work.

So, if someone loses a big chunk of money downstairs, are they really going to be in the mood to go upstairs and spend even more on a girl?

I'm not so sure...

It’s funny though—historically, gambling and sex have always been close.
But maybe if they’re too close, it stops working.

Gambling vs. the Sex Business


The owners of our company have a very controversial idea. In a few years, we’d like to open a huge new club—not in the same city, but relatively close by. The concept? A massive, luxurious casino on the first floor. And on the second floor? A large brothel with around 80 rooms/girls.

The biggest question of all: is this a good idea or a bad one?

Honestly, I still don’t know.

Over the past few months, the main owner has asked me about it a million times. He even sent me to Las Vegas last year to do some research on the gambling industry. But it didn’t really help me form a clear opinion.

My first impression was: This could be amazing! Unique. A combination of a big casino and a big brothel in the same building doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world—at least not to my knowledge. So, we’d be one of a kind.

But then a second voice in my head says: Maybe there’s a reason for that.
Maybe it’s not a coincidence that no one has ever combined a casino and a brothel —not even in Vegas.

Although, to be fair, the Vegas situation isn’t so simple. They don’t have casino/brothel combos due to legal restrictions—it’s simply not allowed. So maybe people would love to build places like that, but they just can’t.
Here in our country, we can.

So why hasn’t anyone done it?

In those old-school mafia movies, you always see guys playing roulette or blackjack with a couple of sexworkers hanging around. So it seems like gambling and the sex business could go hand-in-hand somehow...

Still, there’s one strong argument why this might NOT work—and it’s hard to ignore.
But I’ll tell you that argument in my next post.

I just finished Netflix series that started trending about two weeks ago and it is called The Adolescence. It is about a guy who feels rejected by women—extreme fragile masculinity that can lead to really horrible outcomes.

Watch it if you can. It’s a great psychological study.

But it got me thinking about this issue in the context of our business. These men rarely come to see our girls. They hate paying for this service. And of course, they hate women too. But sometimes, they come to our club too... And some of our women are able to transform these encounters into something almost therapeutic...

Okay, bro.

He kept shouting for several minutes until I lost my patience and told him, “You leave now, or I call the cops.”

Oh dear, that just fired him up even more. “Yeah, go ahead, smart girl. Just do it. You’ll see what happens. I’ll shut down your club. The cops will do what I tell them to do…”

I stayed calm and said, “I know exactly what’s going to happen. They’ll take you out. And if you’re really a state prosecutor like you claim, you’re going to be in serious trouble. But fine, let’s go—I’m calling the cops.”

To my surprise, he actually stayed until the police arrived. Normally, guys like that vanish the second they realize I’m serious. Not this one. So I got to enjoy my sweet revenge.

It happened exactly like I said it would. The officers asked me what I wanted them to do with the guy. I said, “Please remove him from my club. That’s all.”

And they did—just like that.

I was invited as a guest to give a sort of lecture about our business at the local law faculty (yes, it is the one during which I wore my t-shirt backwards 😅)

I was a bit shocked because I thought it would be a small workshop for just a few people. But instead, there was a huge crowd—maybe 100-150 people—waiting to hear me talk about the secrets of the sex industry.

I think I made a small mistake right at the beginning. Somehow, I mentioned the amount of money the top girls in the business can make each month. The students expected something like $8,000 (or €8,000) at most. When I said we’re talking about €40–50k, all their jaws dropped. And I think, in that moment, quite a few girls in the audience started wondering if a career in law was still the right path for them. 😅

It’s sad, because I never intend these public talks to be a promotion of the sex industry. In fact, later in my speech, I spoke about many of the risks, disadvantages, and struggles and stigma that sex workers face in their lives. But still, it was too late. Next time, I really need to think more carefully about the strategy behind my talk 😅

On the other hand, I do believe it’s important to talk about the financial realities of this business. Many people still think we’re dealing with small change, but in reality, it’s a massive industry—and yes, many of the women involved are millionaires. That truth shouldn’t be hidden.

The quality of the service is often poor. They rush through appoitnments, trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. Sometimes the whole thing takes less than a few minutes: handjob, blowjob, one position, finish, goodbye. Just fast-food sex.

It doesn’t sound appealing, but this style allows them to see 20+ clients a day.

Meanwhile, the nymphs who prioritize quality — and their own pleasure — can handle a maximum of 5 clients per day. Even if they charge more, the difference in volume is so extreme that they typically earn only half of what the fast-food girls do.

This post is going to be a bit of a diary-style, motivational reflection—so if that's not your thing, at least there's a hot picture of me 😄

The lecture went amazing! The students asked such thoughtful and interesting questions.

But more than anything, what I want to talk about is this:

When I first started my OnlyFans and began being more active on social media, I really struggled with how I presented myself in public. I was always quite open in academic/public spaces about what I do—I manage a bro.thel, I go to swingers events, I'm very open about my sex life...

But at the same time, I was raised to embody this “serious academic” persona. You know the drill: to be taken seriously, you have to act serious. You need the right publications, you must respect the hierarchy, you must behave a certain way to be considered a “good scholar.”
And heaven forbid you have an OnlyFans—and dare to be open about it.

For a while, I kept it as a secret. Not because I was ashamed of what I do—but because I feared that people in academia might think less of me.
Looking back, I realize how stupid that was. I think deep down, I always knew it, but I needed time to truly process it.

I had placed restrictions on myself before anyone else even had the chance to judge me. Eventually, I said: Fuck it. I'm a good scholar—maybe not the best—but I bring something unique to the table. I’m not going to hold myself back just because someone might view me through a narrow, stereotypical lens.

What others think of me says more about them than it does about who I really am.

So when I gave that lecture, I also talked openly about being a content creator. And you know what? It felt liberating.

And guess what else?
No one told me I don’t belong in academia because of it.

So here’s the takeaway:

We all create imaginary restrictions for ourselves. We worry, "What will they think of me if I start/say/do XYZ?" And in doing so, we hold ourselves back—not because of real obstacles, but because of fear.

But when we own our choices and stand confidently behind them, we realize:
We are allowed to be complex. We are allowed to be many things at once.

And the world doesn’t end when we embrace all parts of who we are.
In fact—it might just start to open up ❤️

I’m often asked whether I notice cultural differences among our clients. The answer is yes. The most significant difference becomes clear when addressing client complaints about a worker’s service.

Some men, even if they are dissatisfied, remain respectful and can have a polite discussion without being misogynistic. Then there are those who have an entirely different attitude: "I paid for her, so I can do whatever I want. She has to obey all my commands—that’s why she’s here. I have the money, so she’s basically my property for the time I paid for."

While you can occasionally come across this mindset in any nationality, it is undeniably more common among clients with, let’s say, a Middle Eastern or post-Soviet background. I won’t go too deep into the details because the issue is complex.
But I will say this: it will always be a mystery to me why some feminists defend societies where women have little to no rights. On the flip side, some ultra-conservatives in our own culture would be surprised to see how much they actually have in common with those they consider their ideological enemies.

Recently, I was invited to a local TV show, where I was asked a rather interesting question. To be honest, that’s quite rare—usually, I get a lot of the same, expected questions.

The question was simple: how is your club so successful? What makes you so special that you attract so many girls and clients?

The obvious answer is a cycle—we have a lot of clients because we have a lot of girls, and we have a lot of girls because we have a lot of clients.

But the question made me reflect on what we actually do differently that makes so many women choose to work in our club. I believe the answer is respect. In many other clubs, managers, owners, and other staff make money from the women but secretly despise them or their job, which is, of course, hypocritical.

In our club, it’s different. Not just the managers, but everyone—bar staff, security, cleaning staff, office workers—treats the women with respect. When a new girl comes in for an interview, she feels like she’s applying for any other job. It may seem like a small detail, but it’s incredibly important.

You can’t run this business while believing that the sex industry is immoral. Over the years, many women have told me they have never felt so accepted, safe, and respected in any other club. So, I guess that has something to do with our success.

This particular kink involves sexual arousal triggered by baths and showers — especially very hot baths. This relatively harmless fetish is surprisingly unknown in academic or professional literature.

I hadn’t heard of ablutophilia myself until a few years ago, when one of the girls working in our club told me about a client of hers. He always insisted on renting a room with a bathtub, never a shower. First, she had to fill the tub with very hot water. He would then lie down in the water and relax for a few minutes until he got excited enough (a.k.a. erection achieved). That was her cue to step into the bath and have sex with him.

The problem? The water was way too hot for her. So they had to wait until the temperature became bearable for her — but not too cold for him. That was the only way he could orgasm. Sometimes, the water (and the whole uncomfortable situation) became too much for her, so they would move to the bed. But for him to actually climax, they always had to return to the bath. To be honest, I have no scientific explanation for this fetish. As I mentioned, academic literature on this is practically nonexistent. The reason, once again, is the fear of exp loitation. It’s as if the city or its laws don’t allow these women to take responsibility for their own health, well-being, and business. I understand the need for regulations in employer-employee relationships. But these women are not employees—they are independent contractors, fully capable adults making their own decisions.

For example, the day shift runs from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. But what if someone wants to work from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM? They can’t. They must choose either a day or night shift.

Even though I understand the reasoning behind it, this system feels more like an employer-employee structure rather than a true independent contractor model.

So why not let them decide for themselves how to run their own business?

Today, I visited two of my good friends who work in the Red Light Area. They both gave me permission to film their licensed and legal workspace, which I find fascinating.

I’ve always been interested in the architecture of brothels, a field that remains largely unexplored—there are no architects specifically focusing on the functionality of nightclubs and working rooms. I love seeing how different workspaces are set up in this industry.

So, here’s a brief overview of one of the rooms:

👀 The room has an efficient lighting setup. Red lighting is typically used during client sessions, while regular lighting signals the end of the session. The brighter light also helps with getting dressed and cleaning up. Workers clean the room themselves between clients; there is no cleaning staff on site. 👀 A chair is provided where clients usually place their clothes and belongings.
👀 There’s also a locker where workers store their clothes, work shoes, props like dildos, massage oils, and costumes for role-play.
👀 Instead of a regular bed, there’s a concrete block with a mattress inside. It may look unusual, but it’s practical—unlike a regular bed, it won’t break, and the mattress can be easily replaced.

The owners here are extremely afraid of being seen as exp loiters. Even offering tips or advice to sex workers could be viewed as exp loitative. I understand why some are cautious, but on the other hand, if you operate legally, you should be able to discuss these topics. They are crucial for the workers, their business, and their safety.
