Accusations of racism - Eh, this is so annoying.đĽş
So annoying, in fact, that I hesitated to even share this issue with you.
I genuinely believe Iâm the last person who should be accused of racism. I respect all our girls and customers, no matter where they come from.
Like many clubs, we have quite a few girls from Africa, especially Nigeria. Most of them are great â cool, hardworking, and professional. But whenever thereâs a problem â literally any time I have to deal with a conflict involving them (whether itâs issues with other girls or complaints from customers) â the same line comes up:
"Hey Kathy, this isnât fair, you know itâs racism, donât you?"
WTF? No, itâs not! Do your job, Iâm doing mine â donât try to shift the blame by accusing me of being racist. Thatâs just low.
If I wanted to be racist, I could point out that a large portion of theft complaints tend to involve girls from Africa. Is that just a coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But I donât make generalizations, and I donât accuse anyone without cause. Still, itâs no surprise I get more and more frustrated every time I hear the âitâs racismâ excuse.
I treat all the girls the same way â fairly and professionally. But the truth is, different people try different tactics to manipulate or deflect responsibility. And unfortunately, some use accusations of racism to do that.

đ US Customers vs. European Customersđ˝xđź
Since I have many subscribers here on OF from the States, I often get questions about how the girls in our club perceive American customers. Are they good or bad? Do they like them? Do they see them as solid, reliable clients?
Well, generally speaking â yes and yes. For one particular reason: US men almost never request service without a condom. And I can see why. When I visited some clubs in Nevada and spoke with the managers and girls there, I was told that unprotected service is a complete no-go. I appreciated that, but I was still surprised by how strict they were about it.
Iâm not sure about clubs in other states, but in all the legal brothels I visited in Nevada, it was absolutely clear â no condom, no service. And the customers respected that. Nobody would even think to ask for unprotected sex. When I spoke to some men in the clubs, they all said they would never want to have paid sex without a condom. Thatâs pretty cool, honestly.
In Europe, itâs a bit different. Thereâs a significant demand for these kinds of services. Many girls still refuse, of course. But where thereâs demand, thereâs supply â so for some, it becomes negotiable. Iâm mostly talking about oral sex without a condom. Vaginal intercourse is a different story, and I doubt any girl in our club would agree to that without protection. But I know of clubs in Germany and Switzerland where managers will hire girls even if they donât insist on condoms. That sounds crazy to me.
So yes â European sex workers really appreciate that US men donât typically ask for such risky things.
Why American men tend to be more responsible in this regard compared to European men is a topic Iâd love to explore further. Iâd be happy to hear your thoughts or theories on why that might be.

How we deal with complaints in our club?
A lot of you ask me how we deal with customer complaints. Many of you raise a good pointâsince we cannot have cameras inside the rooms, how can we know who is telling the truth: the customer or the girl? Yes, this is always a big dilemma. Mostly, you hear two completely different stories about what happened in the room, and very often they are both quite convincing. Plus, you always hear lots of "I swear to my mom," etc. It's really difficult to decide which side to take. So whatâs the solution?
Basically, our system is based on probability or we can say statistics. We have something like a CRM system where all the girls have their own page that details all complaints, alarms, problems, etc. So the first thing I do when we receive a complaint is read the history of the girl. If a guy complains that she promised some service, he paid, and she then didnât provide the service, I look for these types of complaints in her record. When I see she has already had 4-5 similar problems, I tend to lean more toward the customer version of the story.
With certain types of problems, I am even more strictâespecially theft complaints (when a customer accuses a girl of stealing his money while he was taking a shower). Here, usually 2-3 similar complaints are enough to convince me that the customer is telling the truth. If I donât find any complaints of that kind, I have to admit itâs just a fifty-fifty chance, basically a word against a word. This means I have to lean toward the girlâs version. So, probability is my answer.

Anal sex in sex clubs?
Speaking of various types of service in a brothel, a usual question is: do the girls engage in anal sex? Well, when it comes to anal sex TO a man, almost all of them do. Surprisingly, it's a frequently requested service by clients, and I have already written some posts on that issue. But today, I am talking about anal sex TO a woman. Yes, some of them offer that service, but I would say it's the minority of the girls. Some of them say, "Anal is only for love," which means they engage in anal sex only with their life partners, not with clients. But there are exceptions, of course. I always recall a girl named Lucy; she was an anal sex specialist. She actually had it quite reversedâanal sex is not considered real sex. "My pussy is for my boyfriend; my ass is for everyone who pays." :)

â Oral Sex - Condoms vs. Latex Dams â
In my last post, I mentioned that you can use an oral latex dam while licking a pussy, but most guys don't want to use them. It's quite strange, actually, because what is the difference between a condom and this latex dam? Using a condom for oral sex is quite common, not only in brothels but also overall when it comes to ONS. The concept of using a condom for oral sex is something acceptable. Why not a latex dam?
I actually used them a few times at swinger parties. Okay, itâs not the same as going without, but I could say the same about sex with or without a condom. Of course, I prefer sex without a condom. But if I have some random sex at a swinger event or just a one-night stand, I automatically use condoms. For pussy licking, I don't see why I should approach it differently. Itâs not a hundred percent pleasure, but hey, even with a latex dam, I can have an orgasm, and thatâs what counts. ;)

Do the girls in sex clubs offer cunnilingusâpussy licking?
Well, generally, a lot of girls do offer that service for some extra money. As a manager, I canât say I approve of it, as it doesnât follow proper safe sex standards. Yes, the risk of HIV is relatively low in this case, but of course, there are other unpleasant "things" you can bring homeâor introduce into our place.
There are also many women who wouldnât agree to that service, even for very high offers. On the other hand, one of my favorite women, Michele, actually enjoys it when men go down on her. She always says:
"The concept of pussy licking in a house is very strange. Basically, a guest is paying for my pleasure. Heâs trying to give me an orgasm. Some of them succeed, some of them donât. But if they do, itâs quite funny. Iâm doing nothingâjust lying on the bedâheâs doing all the work, I get the pleasure, and he pays me for that. Shouldnât it be the other way around? :)"
In a way, sheâs right. But like I said, Iâm not a big fan of this service in our venue. Unlike oral sex on a man, you canât use a condom here. Technically, there are some oral latex dams available, but most of the women donât use them.

Big Dick
Interesting dilemma last night. Darja is quite a problematic girl. From time to time, clients complain about her service. After a few talks with me, sheâs been a bit more careful. But tonight, a client complained that her service was horrible. According to him, she was totally unemotional, unpleasant, and distant.
Her version:
âKathy, right after the shower I saw he was too big. I told him, âLook, this wonât be good. Take your money and try to choose another girl. Youâre too big for me.â But he was very insistent. He wanted only me. I told him several times, âI can only give you a blowjob.â But he insisted on full service. I said, âOkay, but itâs going to be really strange, and neither of us will enjoy it. I have to be very careful with such a size, and it might even be painful. So it's better if you choose another girl.â He said it was okay and that he would be careful and gentle⌠Well, here we are now. He wants his money back. But thatâs not fairâI warned him in advance.â
The client didnât actually dispute her version of the story. He just didnât expect it to be that bad. Itâs a peculiar situation. I understood he was not satisfied with her service. But isnât she right that she warned him? It was really tricky for me to decide as a manager. So Iâm interested in your opinionsâdid the client deserve his money back or not?
I should mention that he stopped and left the room after about 18 minutes of the 30 minutes he had paid for. Voluntarilyâshe didnât kick him out. He just left because the service was awful.

Sometimes itâs so hard to keep our clientsâ privacy.
In some cases, it would honestly be so much fun if I could say who comes regularly to our place. Thereâs a very famous woman in our countryâhigh celebrity status. Sheâs extremely gorgeous and popular. A bit narcissistic too.
Together with her (also famous) husband, theyâre considered a power couple.
Yesterday, I read an interview with her where she kept going on about how happy their marriage is, and how her husband would never ever even look at another woman.
At the end of the interview, she shared her âtipsâ for a happy marriage. The key, according to her, is great sex.
She even said, âI have to admit, I am an excellent lover.â
Then she went on to give a bunch of obscure tips for women on how to be good in bed. Most of it was complete rubbishâbut thatâs not the point. The point is, she sees herself as the queen of sex.
Well ... nice story.
If only her husband wasnât a regular client at our brothel :)
He started coming to us many years ago, back when he wasnât so famous.
Later, he began using makeup tricks, glasses, and wigs to avoid being recognized. He also started using the secret entrance we have for situations like thatâwhen someone (a celebrity, business owner, or politician) doesnât want to be seen. Nowadays, heâs not willing to take the risk anymore, but he still sees some of our sex workers in his private secret flat...
And he often talks to the girls about his wife. How perfect their marriage is, how great she is in every way...
Except in bed.
He says sheâs horrible in bedâthe most boring lover heâs ever had.
But everything else in their relationship is great, so heâd never leave her just because of sex. And thatâs why he still like to see some of our workers ...
But his wife still thinks sheâs the goddess of sex. :)

Sexually Frustrated Girls
The start of this year has been really tough for most of the girls in the business. Not just in our clubâpretty much all over European clubs. The frustration is high, obviously because of money.
But thereâs another side to it: sexual frustration. Itâs kind of a taboo topic. Not many girls would openly admit it. But some are honest about it, and last night I had a deep conversation with Lola about exactly that.
She said:
Kathy, normally Iâm not obsessed with sex at all. I donât enjoy it that much with clientsâitâs just business for me. But, you know, Iâm used to having sex 10 to 15 times a day. Thatâs a lot. Occasionally, I have an orgasmânot often, but sometimes yes. Itâs not like Iâm addicted to sex, but my body is used to that kind of frequency. So now, when I sometimes donât work all night, I feel a lot of sexual frustration. Not just financial frustration. I feel a bit ashamed about it, but it is what it is. I think girls should be honest about it. Yes, even if I donât normally enjoy it that much, nowâwhen times are badâI just want... sex.

Whatâs the most annoying thing clients do, according to the girls in the sex business?
The smell.
A lot of clients who come to a brothel just stink.
Gone are the days when brothel customers came in like real gentlemenâperfect suits, clean nails, luxury perfumes.
These days, especially younger clients have no problem showing up in tracksuits or jogging trousers, sweaty, dirty, and smelling bad.
They seem to think: Iâm paying, so it doesnât really matter what she thinks of me.
But then theyâre surprised when the girls arenât exactly enthusiastic during the service.
Speaking of perfume, Iâve been asked by many of you for recommendationsâwhat scents are sexy for women.
Iâve actually done a few posts on this topic in the past, but letâs go again.
Itâs tricky, because itâs so subjective.
But alright, Iâll share a few of my recent discoveriesâscents I personally find irresistible on a man â¤ď¸
Right now, my number one is Creed Bois du Portugal. Totally classy, old-fashioned gentleman vibe. I donât know if itâs just an urban legend, but itâs said to have been Frank Sinatraâs signature scent. Given the fact the perfume was launched in 1987 and Frank died in 1998, I kind of doubt that storyâbut still, it fits the vibe.
On a more recent note: Parfums de Marly â Perseus. Again, very classy, extremely sexy and seductive. Itâs a fresh woody-citrus scent, more for spring/summer, but still elegant.
So if you want to impress some women, you really canât go wrong with these â¤ď¸

Gambling vs. the Sex Business - Part Two
Ok, as I promised in my last postâhere's my own take on the dilemma our company is facing.
The strongest argument against having a casino and a brothel under one roof is actually pretty simple:
Itâs a pure conflict of interest.
As a casino manager, you want people to spend all their money on the games.
As a brothel manager, you want people to spend all their money with the sexworkers.
Simple as that.
This conflict would show in every corner of the place.
Sure, itâs a nice ideaâthe girl standing next to the guy playing roulette, encouraging him to play... gives off a James Bond vibe.
But realisticallyâwhy would she be doing that?
She wants him to spend all his money with her.
From her point of view, every euro spent on blackjack is a euro not spent on her.
And imagine a guy gets lucky and wins a lot of money. The casino manager wants him to keep playing, hoping to win the money back.
If the guy goes upstairs and spends it with a girl, that money is leaving the casino floorâand from the casino's perspective, out of the house.
I'm also unsure about it from the client's perspective.
When you go to play casino games, the odds are not in your favor. Youâre more likely to lose than to win. Thatâs just how casinos work.
So, if someone loses a big chunk of money downstairs, are they really going to be in the mood to go upstairs and spend even more on a girl?
I'm not so sure...
Itâs funny thoughâhistorically, gambling and sex have always been close.
But maybe if theyâre too close, it stops working.
Weâll see :)

Gambling vs. the Sex Business
The owners of our company have a very controversial idea. In a few years, weâd like to open a huge new clubânot in the same city, but relatively close by. The concept? A massive, luxurious casino on the first floor. And on the second floor? A large brothel with around 80 rooms/girls.
The biggest question of all: is this a good idea or a bad one?
Honestly, I still donât know.
Over the past few months, the main owner has asked me about it a million times. He even sent me to Las Vegas last year to do some research on the gambling industry. But it didnât really help me form a clear opinion.
My first impression was: This could be amazing! Unique. A combination of a big casino and a big brothel in the same building doesnât exist anywhere else in the worldâat least not to my knowledge. So, weâd be one of a kind.
But then a second voice in my head says: Maybe thereâs a reason for that.
Maybe itâs not a coincidence that no one has ever combined a casino and a brothel ânot even in Vegas.
Although, to be fair, the Vegas situation isnât so simple. They donât have casino/brothel combos due to legal restrictionsâitâs simply not allowed. So maybe people would love to build places like that, but they just canât.
Here in our country, we can.
So why hasnât anyone done it?
In those old-school mafia movies, you always see guys playing roulette or blackjack with a couple of sexworkers hanging around. So it seems like gambling and the sex business could go hand-in-hand somehow...
Still, thereâs one strong argument why this might NOT workâand itâs hard to ignore.
But Iâll tell you that argument in my next post.
For now, I want to hear your opinions without influencing you too much.
What do you think: a brothel and a casino under one roofâgood or bad idea? Why?
Drop your thoughts in the commentsâIâm really curious.

The Encyclopedia of Sins, Vol. 3
Todayâs volume is dedicated to a thing that doesnât even have a specific name, although itâs fairly well known. Itâs usually referred to as an extreme form of fetishism. The best description of it is found in the movie Crash (1996) by David Cronenberg, or the novel of the same name by J.G. Ballard (1973).
It portrays a group of car-crash fetishists who are inspired by the famous accidents of celebrities, and who become sexually aroused by staging or participating in car crashes. Both the movie and the book were extremely shocking at the time. Itâs not just about the accidentsâthese people are also aroused by the injuries.
Technology, sexuality, and dea.th are the central themes. Itâs quite complex and difficult to explain, so if youâre curious, I strongly recommend watching the film or reading the book.
For many years, I thought this was purely theoretical. It was described in our psychopathology textbooks back when I was a psychology student, but I had never met anyone who was truly into it... until recently.
Last November, a girl called Lisa came to my office to tell me about a very strange client. She began talking about a guy who was obsessed with carsâwhich didnât seem so unusual at first. But the more she spoke, the more familiar it all started to sound.
The man had been in a serious accident a few years ago. He constantly talked about itâin a very strange way. The crash happened in the middle of the night on a deserted road. He collided with a car driven by a woman. While both being slighty injured (nothing major), they had sex while waiting for the police at the accident scene. And later, with Lisa, he wanted to watch footage of car crashes before having sex.
Immediately, I thought of Crash.
Itâs often the case that people with this fetish have personally experienced a serious car accident. And because sexuality and dea.th have a strangely intertwined bond, being close to death might, in some cases, trigger arousal.

Who TF glues a heavy mirror onto cardboard???
A few years ago, we had some major reconstruction at our club. At one point, we decided to hang a hugeâreally hugeâframed mirror on the wall. The mirror was slightly tilted toward the floor. Underneath it, there is a big sofa where the girls sit every night...
When our technician guys were installing the mirror, they somehow used a very strong glue to stick that massive thing onto the panel on the wall. I was a bit anxious about it and said something like, âGuys, are you really sure it wonât fall down?â
Their reply:
âKathy, please. We know youâre the boss. But please, watch your girls and leave this job to real men. You know how to work with the girls, and we know how to mount mirrors, so please... Donât worry. These adhesive glues are extremely strong. Itâs fineâit can never fall down.â
OK. Fast forward six years later.
Just look at the pictures. No further comment needed.
LUCKILY, it happened when no one was sitting there ...
But I wish you couldâve seen their faces when I arrived at the club and saw the whole disaster. I didnât have to say anything more than:
âOh, the glue didnât handle the pressure. Thatâs strange.â

Catherine's Netflix tip
I just finished Netflix series that started trending about two weeks ago and it is called The Adolescence. It is about a guy who feels rejected by womenâextreme fragile masculinity that can lead to really horrible outcomes.
Watch it if you can. Itâs a great psychological study.
But it got me thinking about this issue in the context of our business. These men rarely come to see our girls. They hate paying for this service. And of course, they hate women too. But sometimes, they come to our club too... And some of our women are able to transform these encounters into something almost therapeutic...
Especially Elsa, an older woman. Sheâs a true specialist with these incels. She can soothe their souls like no psychotherapist ever could. She works through acceptance, gently opening the door to a female world they never thought theyâd be allowed into. Sheâs truly magical at it.
Sometimes I wonderâif all these men around the world had a âsex guideâ like our Elsa, maybe none of the horrors portrayed in the series would ever happen.
Or maybe Iâm just being too idealistic...

𼚠Pure satisfaction đĽš
There was a really annoying client yesterday at the reception. The staff refused to let him into the club because of his aggres.sive behaviour. He demanded to speak to the manager, so they called me in.
He started threatening me right awayâsaying things like, "If you donât let me in, youâll regret it for the rest of your life. Iâm a state prosecutor," and other crap like that.
Okay, bro.
He kept shouting for several minutes until I lost my patience and told him, âYou leave now, or I call the cops.â
Oh dear, that just fired him up even more. âYeah, go ahead, smart girl. Just do it. Youâll see what happens. Iâll shut down your club. The cops will do what I tell them to doâŚâ
I stayed calm and said, âI know exactly whatâs going to happen. Theyâll take you out. And if youâre really a state prosecutor like you claim, youâre going to be in serious trouble. But fine, letâs goâIâm calling the cops.â
To my surprise, he actually stayed until the police arrived. Normally, guys like that vanish the second they realize Iâm serious. Not this one. So I got to enjoy my sweet revenge.
It happened exactly like I said it would. The officers asked me what I wanted them to do with the guy. I said, âPlease remove him from my club. Thatâs all.â
And they didâjust like that.
The desperate look in his eyes as they took him outâŚ
You canât buy that kind of satisfaction.

I was invited as a guest to give a sort of lecture about our business at the local law faculty (yes, it is the one during which I wore my t-shirt backwards đ
)
I was a bit shocked because I thought it would be a small workshop for just a few people. But instead, there was a huge crowdâmaybe 100-150 peopleâwaiting to hear me talk about the secrets of the sex industry.
I think I made a small mistake right at the beginning. Somehow, I mentioned the amount of money the top girls in the business can make each month. The students expected something like $8,000 (or âŹ8,000) at most. When I said weâre talking about âŹ40â50k, all their jaws dropped. And I think, in that moment, quite a few girls in the audience started wondering if a career in law was still the right path for them. đ
Itâs sad, because I never intend these public talks to be a promotion of the sex industry. In fact, later in my speech, I spoke about many of the risks, disadvantages, and struggles and stigma that sex workers face in their lives. But still, it was too late. Next time, I really need to think more carefully about the strategy behind my talk đ
On the other hand, I do believe itâs important to talk about the financial realities of this business. Many people still think weâre dealing with small change, but in reality, itâs a massive industryâand yes, many of the women involved are millionaires. That truth shouldnât be hidden.

â¤ď¸ Sometimes dreams come true â¤ď¸
I love following the journeys of the girls after they leave our business. Many of them worked in our club with big dreamsâlike opening a hotel, running a luxury restaurant on a tropical island, or owning a beauty salon.
One of my absolute favorites, Caroline from Spain, had a very specific dream, and she talked about it constantly. It was a dream quite unusual for a girlâwhich maybe made it even more intriguing to me. She always wanted to be a truck driver.
Unfortunately, I lost touch with her years ago and had no idea what became of her after she left the business, around five years back during Corona times.
But yesterday, I came across a photo on Instagram posted by some guy on a European highway, with this caption:
âThe most beautiful truck driver I have ever seen in my life...â
And what did I see in the photo?
The cabin of a huge truckâwith Caroline behind the wheel, wearing the happiest smile Iâve ever seen on a girlâs face â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Security Questions From Female Followers
A lot of my female followers here on OF (yes, I do have quite a few women among my followersđ) often ask about our security procedures. Theyâre curious about how we protect our girls â and many of them find my answers too vague or general. I usually just mention things like panic buttons, security cameras, and trained staff.
And yes, I admit those replies aren't very detailed. But there's a simple reason for that: I canât reveal our detailed security protocols.
Why? Because doing so could potentially endanger our girls â and thatâs a risk Iâm absolutely not willing to take.
Some info from my OF profile could leak into the wrong hands, and the last thing I want is for someone to use that against our team or get somebody harmed. Just like in any other industry, security procedures are something that businesses keep tightly guarded â and in sex work, that discretion is even more crucial.
So Iâm sorry if my answers feel too general â but when it comes to safety, protecting the people who work with us will always come first â¤ď¸

A New Scandal in the City: Police Officer Turned Sex Worker
Thereâs a new gossip in town â a female police officer working in a bro.thel. Sadly, not in ours⌠but the story started here :)
About a year ago, we had a normal police inspection at our club. During the check, I had a conversation with one of the female officers. Beautiful woman, by the way. She was clearly shocked when I told her how much our most successful girls earn â around âŹ40,000ââŹ50,000 per month.
I could see her doing the math in her head, comparing it to her police salary. She asked a lot of curious questions about how SPECIFICALLY the job works.
A few months later, I found out she had started working in one of the smaller clubs in the city. I was a bit disappointed â having a female cop in our house wouldâve been something special. But I understood why she chose a smaller place; probably hoping for more anonymity. That didnât happen.
A few weeks ago, she was recognized by her colleagues, and she was fired. Not officially because she was working as a sex worker, but because police officers here are not allowed to have a second job or side income of any kind.
Still, I heard she doesnât regret her decision for a single moment. In fact, rumors say sheâs now the most successful girl in that club. Now that everything is out in the open, I hope sheâll come to our place â after all, I played a key role in her decision â¤ď¸

Nymphomaniacs vs. Fast Food Sellers
Yes, in our club, we do have a few girls who could easily be described as nymphomaniacs â the kind of women who genuinely enjoy sex with clients so much that it can feel like watching a live porn show. Arguably, these girls seem ideal for the job: they combine pleasure with economic gain. A dream job for them, you might say.
Youâd expect these women to be the most successful in the club. And yes, theyâre certainly on the top list for many clients. But when it comes to overall income, theyâre far from being the highest earners.
Itâs a classic case of quality vs. quantity â and unfortunately, in most modern clubs, quantity wins.
The most financially successful girls are what I call the âfast food sellers.â They donât enjoy sex with clients; they only enjoy the money. But theyâre extremely efficient. The quality of the service is often poor. They rush through appoitnments, trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. Sometimes the whole thing takes less than a few minutes: handjob, blowjob, one position, finish, goodbye. Just fast-food sex.
It doesnât sound appealing, but this style allows them to see 20+ clients a day.
Meanwhile, the nymphs who prioritize quality â and their own pleasure â can handle a maximum of 5 clients per day. Even if they charge more, the difference in volume is so extreme that they typically earn only half of what the fast-food girls do.
Sad, but true.

I just gave my first guest lecture at Cornell University!
(And yesâif you're a fan of The Office, this is Andy Bernardâs alma mater, which somehow makes it even more iconic đ
đŞđť)
This post is going to be a bit of a diary-style, motivational reflectionâso if that's not your thing, at least there's a hot picture of me đ
The lecture went amazing! The students asked such thoughtful and interesting questions.
But more than anything, what I want to talk about is this:
When I first started my OnlyFans and began being more active on social media, I really struggled with how I presented myself in public. I was always quite open in academic/public spaces about what I doâI manage a bro.thel, I go to swingers events, I'm very open about my sex life...
But at the same time, I was raised to embody this âserious academicâ persona. You know the drill: to be taken seriously, you have to act serious. You need the right publications, you must respect the hierarchy, you must behave a certain way to be considered a âgood scholar.â
And heaven forbid you have an OnlyFansâand dare to be open about it.
For a while, I kept it as a secret. Not because I was ashamed of what I doâbut because I feared that people in academia might think less of me.
Looking back, I realize how stupid that was. I think deep down, I always knew it, but I needed time to truly process it.
I had placed restrictions on myself before anyone else even had the chance to judge me. Eventually, I said: Fuck it. I'm a good scholarâmaybe not the bestâbut I bring something unique to the table. Iâm not going to hold myself back just because someone might view me through a narrow, stereotypical lens.
What others think of me says more about them than it does about who I really am.
So when I gave that lecture, I also talked openly about being a content creator. And you know what? It felt liberating.
And guess what else?
No one told me I donât belong in academia because of it.
So hereâs the takeaway:
We all create imaginary restrictions for ourselves. We worry, "What will they think of me if I start/say/do XYZ?" And in doing so, we hold ourselves backânot because of real obstacles, but because of fear.
But when we own our choices and stand confidently behind them, we realize:
We are allowed to be complex. We are allowed to be many things at once.
And the world doesnât end when we embrace all parts of who we are.
In factâit might just start to open up â¤ď¸

Iâll try to keep this post as neutral as possible. :)
Iâm often asked whether I notice cultural differences among our clients. The answer is yes. The most significant difference becomes clear when addressing client complaints about a workerâs service.
Some men, even if they are dissatisfied, remain respectful and can have a polite discussion without being misogynistic. Then there are those who have an entirely different attitude: "I paid for her, so I can do whatever I want. She has to obey all my commandsâthatâs why sheâs here. I have the money, so sheâs basically my property for the time I paid for."
While you can occasionally come across this mindset in any nationality, it is undeniably more common among clients with, letâs say, a Middle Eastern or post-Soviet background. I wonât go too deep into the details because the issue is complex.
But I will say this: it will always be a mystery to me why some feminists defend societies where women have little to no rights. On the flip side, some ultra-conservatives in our own culture would be surprised to see how much they actually have in common with those they consider their ideological enemies.
But enough on that topic and enjoy my spicy photo :)))

What is the secret to a successful brothel?
Recently, I was invited to a local TV show, where I was asked a rather interesting question. To be honest, thatâs quite rareâusually, I get a lot of the same, expected questions.
The question was simple: how is your club so successful? What makes you so special that you attract so many girls and clients?
The obvious answer is a cycleâwe have a lot of clients because we have a lot of girls, and we have a lot of girls because we have a lot of clients.
But the question made me reflect on what we actually do differently that makes so many women choose to work in our club. I believe the answer is respect. In many other clubs, managers, owners, and other staff make money from the women but secretly despise them or their job, which is, of course, hypocritical.
In our club, itâs different. Not just the managers, but everyoneâbar staff, security, cleaning staff, office workersâtreats the women with respect. When a new girl comes in for an interview, she feels like sheâs applying for any other job. It may seem like a small detail, but itâs incredibly important.
You canât run this business while believing that the sex industry is immoral. Over the years, many women have told me they have never felt so accepted, safe, and respected in any other club. So, I guess that has something to do with our success.

đ Encyclopedia of Sins - new (educational) series đ
After many requests, Iâve decided to sometimes share some of the sexual perversions Iâve encountered over the past 10 years in our club. Or â if you prefer â we donât have to call them "perversions." Letâs go with less common sexual lusts instead :)
Of course, not everything can be described here for obvious reasons. Iâll start this series with something soft. Iâm calling it Encyclopedia of Sins. And just to be clear, this wonât be a regular column â more like a one-off post whenever I feel like it.
So, letâs begin withâŚ
đŚ Ablutophilia đŚ
This particular kink involves sexual arousal triggered by baths and showers â especially very hot baths. This relatively harmless fetish is surprisingly unknown in academic or professional literature.
I hadnât heard of ablutophilia myself until a few years ago, when one of the girls working in our club told me about a client of hers. He always insisted on renting a room with a bathtub, never a shower. First, she had to fill the tub with very hot water. He would then lie down in the water and relax for a few minutes until he got excited enough (a.k.a. erection achieved). That was her cue to step into the bath and have sex with him.
The problem? The water was way too hot for her. So they had to wait until the temperature became bearable for her â but not too cold for him. That was the only way he could orgasm. Sometimes, the water (and the whole uncomfortable situation) became too much for her, so they would move to the bed. But for him to actually climax, they always had to return to the bath. Otherwise, he simply couldnât finish.
To be honest, I have no scientific explanation for this fetish. As I mentioned, academic literature on this is practically nonexistent. On the other hand, ablutophilia might not be as rare as it seems. After all, sex in hot saunas is actually quite similar â and sauna sex is a pretty popular category on various porn sites.
Unfortunately for me, I can barely last three minutes in a sauna (yes, I know â Iâm terrible at saunas), so this particular fetish will forever remain a mystery to me.

New possible workers :)))
They called me tonight from reception: "Kathy, you got some new workers here."
While I heard some laughing in the background, I knew something was wrong. Very wrong.
When I got to reception, there was a horrible, around 130kg/285lb woman, along with a homeless girl with no teeth holding a huge bottle of vodka.
"Hey manager, we came here to work!"
I just had to smile: "Sorry, we donât need any cleaning girls â we have full staff."
I know it was mean of me, but I couldnât help myself...
One of them leaned toward me and whispered: "Hey, fuck off! We want to work in your club."
I still couldnât believe they were serious, so I just asked: "What would you do here?"
And the fat mama replied in a deep voice: "we do EVERYTHING!!" :))))
Well, a long time ago, I wrote on this profile something like: We are trying to give almost every girl a chance, and then the invisible hand of the market will be the judge.
Well, the word âalmostâ was very important...
(Just to avoid sounding super mean â I completely understand that some workers in this business are on the lower end of the spectrum, and not everyone is so privileged. Even though I like to help people and donât judge othersâ personal lifestyles or choices, as a manager, I simply couldnât let them work with us â even though I felt sorry for them.)

Amsterdam working shifts
The girls in Amsterdam work either day shifts or night shifts, and they cannot exceed a certain number of hours. In our club, a girl can rent a room and decide for herself how long she wants to workâit could be two hours, it can be more... Itâs entirely up to her. But not in Amsterdam.
The reason, once again, is the fear of exp loitation. Itâs as if the city or its laws donât allow these women to take responsibility for their own health, well-being, and business. I understand the need for regulations in employer-employee relationships. But these women are not employeesâthey are independent contractors, fully capable adults making their own decisions.
For example, the day shift runs from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. But what if someone wants to work from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM? They canât. They must choose either a day or night shift.
Even though I understand the reasoning behind it, this system feels more like an employer-employee structure rather than a true independent contractor model.
So why not let them decide for themselves how to run their own business?

đ Working Space in the Red Light District â A Tour đ
Today, I visited two of my good friends who work in the Red Light Area. They both gave me permission to film their licensed and legal workspace, which I find fascinating.
Iâve always been interested in the architecture of brothels, a field that remains largely unexploredâthere are no architects specifically focusing on the functionality of nightclubs and working rooms. I love seeing how different workspaces are set up in this industry.
So, hereâs a brief overview of one of the rooms:
đ The room has an efficient lighting setup. Red lighting is typically used during client sessions, while regular lighting signals the end of the session. The brighter light also helps with getting dressed and cleaning up. Workers clean the room themselves between clients; there is no cleaning staff on site. đ A chair is provided where clients usually place their clothes and belongings.
đ Thereâs also a locker where workers store their clothes, work shoes, props like dildos, massage oils, and costumes for role-play.
đ Instead of a regular bed, thereâs a concrete block with a mattress inside. It may look unusual, but itâs practicalâunlike a regular bed, it wonât break, and the mattress can be easily replaced.
đ The mattress is covered with a plastic sheet for easy disinfection after every client.
đ Condoms and lubricants are provided by the window owners, but most workers bring their own to have their preferred brand, different sizes, or latex-free options.
đ There is no shower, only a sink, so clients wash themselves there after the session.
Itâs a simple but functional setup, designed for efficiency and hygiene.

I mentioned that there are many restrictions on the sex business in Amsterdam. People might think itâs easy to operate here and make money from it, but itâs quite the opposite.
Today, I had a discussion with one of the "window owners." He was shocked to hear that in my country, at my brothel, we have a program for new girls, including training sessions, workshops, coaching, and counseling meetings. He told me this would be absolutely unacceptable in Amsterdam.
The owners here are extremely afraid of being seen as exp loiters. Even offering tips or advice to sex workers could be viewed as exp loitative. I understand why some are cautious, but on the other hand, if you operate legally, you should be able to discuss these topics. They are crucial for the workers, their business, and their safety.
(Also, a first new picture from the shooting đ)

The capital of the sex business - but ...
It always strikes me that while they have all these girls in windows, there are no real brothels in the city. There are a few strip clubs with live shows, but no true bro thels.
Youâd expect luxurious nightclubs with VIP girls, but in reality, itâs just the window scene. Maybe thatâs why I had a meeting with one of the bosses here. He owns a small strip club and offered me the head manager position. As expected, I declined almost immediatelyâthereâs no way to build a luxurious place in this environment.
First, the sex industry in Amsterdam is full of restrictions and limitations. But more importantly, I realized that tourists and visitors arenât looking for luxury. They come to see this "indoor" version of street sex workânothing more. Itâs a bit cheesy, it looks cheap, but it makes money.
