Today is the last day of training for pulling exercises.
This works best with resistance bands, I have attached mine to my feet in the video so that you can hit the upper back and latissimus with a straight pull and another one from above on a door handle, be creative with the pulling.
Pull-ups would be best but unfortunately I don't have a good door frame for a bar.
Otherwise it's biceps, neck and stomach.

Today is a stretching day, I don't know much about it but I always do 3x 30 seconds of each exercise I show. You could also look up your own on the internet if you want to improve the mobility of certain joints. Always remember that a good stretch is also strenuous and can make you sweat if you push yourself to the limit.

Today we're starting with burpees to warm up. 10 minutes would be too much for this, keep going until you can't do any more. You can keep increasing the exercise and make it longer.
Let's start with dumbbell bench presses, the same number as yesterday, that's our rhythm now.
With the weights you have to test yourself to see if you can manage the set.
Then Arnold dips, push-ups, test whether you can do 10 without kneeling.
Then shoulder presses with dumbbells.
