Training is going well despite mother nature throwing in some challenging weather. I look forward to running in shorts hopefully soon!

It was an adventure with slushy sidewalks from melting snow/ice. Today is a day off as I'm busy coaching, and cheering for youth sports. Tomorrow will be a steady 12 miles (20km) run. I'll get to messages tonight!
